Beautiful and peaceful spot. Sam was a very courteous host - lots of guidance and communicaton as needed. We were there during the July 4th weekend heat wave, but the AC worked great. Loved the local hiking and biking trails.

This is The Best property we have ever rented on VRBO! It truly is a Middle Of Nowhere paradise...that's only 20 minutes from one of the best coffee shops on the planet, Fairfax Coffee House. We will be renting this one again!!

Thanks for the review. We love the coffee shop too. Funny thing. Years ago, in the aughts, we visited Berkeley Springs several times. One time sitting in the coffee shop, we said to each other, "We should buy a house here." And so... We look forward to having you back. Sam

The cabin had a great mountain view and was nicely secluded. It was described well in the listing and met all of our expectations. The info provided for check in/out was clear. The Wi-Fi worked well for us, and we also had phone service (T-Mobile). We ate all but one meal in the cabin, and it had everything needed for meal preps. The last part of the drive to the cabin is on dirt roads, but easily managed in our Kia Optima. We would choose this cabin again.
