This terrific property features 2 queen beds, a cozy living space, fully stocked kitchen and a bathroom with a shower as well as designated work/gaming space.
Enjoy the soothing ambiance and modern amenities like WiFi , porch rockers, outdoor dining space, firepit area, games as well as a creek in the front of the property. It gets it's name from the wildlife in the area such as bears as well as turkey, deer and plenty of birds. You feel away from the hustle of Pigeon Forge as you are 3 miles from the Parkway and minutes from Dollywood. The trolley stop is 1/4 mile from the home. There are NO steep roads to travel to get to the property. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Sevierville.
There is a nice flat yard for the kids to explore with a small creek in front and various outdoor games available in the storage box on the porch to entertain while enjoying the firepit area. Also, pet friendly under 40# $99 additional pet fee.
New for 2025 access to a communal pool located at 4005 Tomahawk way Honeysuckle meadows say Tiny Bear for free access.
