The second floor includes a main living area/great room, powder room (half bath), and the master bedroom including a private stall shower bathroom. There are flat screen TVs in the living room as well as every bedroom. The owner provides bed linens ,bath towels and some beach towels for each rental. Tenants are asked to start the laundry prior to departure to assist with the change over.
