It was such a cute house to stay in! It was clean and had up to date features. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was for anything we might need. It was a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The rooms were all very spacious. The location was perfect for visiting family in Mclouth and going into to KC and Lawrence. We will definitely stay here again!!

One of cutest decorated rentals I’ve ever stayed in and the thoughtfulness throughout with anything and everything you’d need was perfection! Coffee, snacks, even a bag of ice in the freezer for us! The attention to detail was the best I’ve seen: plenty of outlets bedside, great lighting, even 2 luggage racks in each closet! We are going to plan a girl’s shopping trip to Kansas City and will be staying there again thank you so much. We enjoyed our stay and were sad. It was only for one night.

Perfect! We stayed 2 nights because our son was getting married at a nearby venue. Location was perfect. The house was clean and updated. Host was great... quick communication and accommodating. Let us check in early so we could get settled a bit before going to rehearsal, and even brought us a full-size ironing board. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Great for 2 couples willing to share a bathroom, and as long as 1 couple is ok with twin beds. We weren't there for meals, but the kitchen seemed functional. Coffee was provided and appreciated. We would certainly stay again.

American Royal

Our BBQ Team stayed here for a comp in Kansas City. Was by far the cleanest place we have stayed to date and the host was amazing. Will definitly be back when in this area.. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area I would put this at the top of your list when looking!

Gorgeous and well located

This home is classy and gorgeous. It looks small from the outside, but the inside is HUGE. Bedrooms are spacious and everyone felt like they had enough room The master bedroom has a firm and comfortable full bed

As stated in other reviews, the house was much more spacious on the inside than it looked like it would be from the outside. Super clean, updated, and fully stocked with more than we could have needed. There were several different levels (up or down a couple of steps into different rooms with a little ledge up or down into other rooms) but I thought it just added to the charm. Easy check in and check out. It was lovely.

Stayed here for a wedding that was just of town. The host went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure that the house was ready for our stay. The location was also right off the main street going through town for easy access. It was a short walking distance to a coffee shop and a few restaurants in town. If you do have smaller kids, there are a couple 1 and two steps to get into the living room and kitchen. Nothing major, just good to be aware of if you have a little one crawling around.

Gem in Tongie

This house is much larger than it appears from the front. It is updated and extremely clean. The host has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and homey. There are ample towels, extra pillows and blankets and a well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. The host is a very responsive communicator. Our stay was wonderful! The host was super communicative and helpful. There was nothing that went wrong during our stay. The property was exceptionally clean, even had a house rule of taking shoes off before entering the main area (which I really loved)!! Everything was stocked with all necessities. I would 100% stay here again if and when we come back to the area! We were extremely satisfied.
