The Fire & Ice Edition to our growing Caribou Flat line is a spin on glam/ice meets vibrant color/fire.

Stunning unique furniture with crystal accents & LEDs!

120 inch Movie screen & popcorn maker for movie night!

Aurora ceiling projectors in each bedroom. LED beds with built in speakers & back massagers.
The space
Huge 1575 foot, 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhome. Extra large livingroom boasts a beautiful super long dusk designer couch with swivel chairs at each end. An additional swivel chair & oversized ottoman in the adjacent corner.
120 inch power projector screen with projector for movie theater nights.

Kitchen has all the bells and whistles. Top of the line appliances, air fryer, microwave range, Hexclad pots and pans, separate wine fridge, bar over wine fridge with a Bartisian for craft cocktails.

Popcorn nostalgia machine with fixings to have a movie theater experience.

Large dining room with a bar hight table and 6 place settings.

Master boast a Huge room with private access to bathroom. 1 king bed with under frame LED lights, speakers & massaging back rests. 70 inch TV.

Excellent home away from home

Perfectly situated in Anchorage, we had easy access to all the things we wanted to do and see! The beds were cozy, the kitchen well stocked for cooking simple dinners, and the coffee station was a life saver. We enjoyed movie nights on the projector and snow ball fights in the yard. Quiet neighborhood, safe and cozy home. We’d definitely stay again!

We did not stay at this property primarily because it only has 1 1/2 bathrooms which was not suitable for our party of two adult couples. This is noted near the end of the narrative but NOT in the Title, Summary or Details sections of the listing, and other properties with 1 1/2 baths stated that in the title so we felt deceived by the host. We requested a partial refund since the property did not match the description but the host pointed to the fine print and refused our request, se we lost close to 2000. There are no pictures of the house exterior because it is an older house in an older neighborhood, and it has several safety issues. There are exposed rusty nails on the mailbox mount in the front yard, the front step is not attached to the building, there was a lawn rake and a discarded charcoal lighter fluid container in the back yard, and the boiler room is adjacent to the kitchen and there is no door to keep children from getting scalded on the hot plumbing. The carport area has discarded auto parts, some with sharp edges, and there is a pipe in that front yard that is oozing an unknown liquid onto the grass. The house was mostly clean, but pulling up on a bedsheet revealed that dirt had been swept under the bed instead of being removed from the house. One set of closet doors had been removed and was leaning against the wall, and another set was broken and swinging loose from its hinges. This property was a complete disappointment.
