Thank you so much for your review and for choosing to stay with us! We are so glad to hear that the cabin layout, spacious bedrooms, large hot tub, and convenient location near the Parkway and The Island worked so well for your group. We do sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the pool cleanliness, the condition of the master bath jacuzzi, and the limited starter supply of paper towels for your large group. We truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as feedback like this helps us improve both the guest experience and our housekeeping and maintenance processes moving forward. We are very happy to hear that overall you still had a great stay, and we would love the opportunity to host you again in the future for an even better experience next time!

Thank you for your feedback—we appreciate you sharing your concerns. We do want to assure you that the queen bunk beds are manufactured and designed to safely support between 600–800 pounds. While this concern was not brought to our attention during your stay, we did send our maintenance team to inspect the beds after your review, and they confirmed they are sound and structurally secure. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address any concerns in real time and ensure your comfort. We understand that comfort levels can vary, especially with bunk setups, and we appreciate your input. Thank you again for your stay—we’d be happy to host you again in the future!
