Charming 3-bedroom home in the heart of Cassville!

Enjoy a nice relaxing getaway in our cozy home in the charming community of Cassville! It is a quaint town making everything you would want within walking distance. It is a close walk to the park on the Mississippi River where you can enjoy the views, take a boat out on the river, or hop on the car ferry to Iowa. A short distance away is Nelson Dewey State Park with beautiful sweeping views of the local landscape. Located close by, there are ATV/UTV and snowmobile trails that will provide a wonderful experience of the breathtaking Driftless Area of Wisconsin.

Our home has three bedrooms that will comfortably sleep six. Two bedrooms have queen beds while the third has bunk beds perfect for any adult or child. Awaiting you is a fully stocked kitchen that will provide everything you need to dine at home. We provide in-home laundry as well as 1.5 baths. There is parking for two vehicles in the driveway as well as street parking that provides plenty of space for any type of trailer. Relax out back around a nice campfire or grill a delicious dinner.

Another thing of note that makes our area unique is the daily train traffic!

Don't judge a book by its cover. The outside may appear small, but the inside is nicely remodeled and surprisingly large! We weren't sure what we were getting because there weren't many pictures on the listing but we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in the door. The location was great, within walking distance of downtown (restaurants/bars/coffee). Our access info wasn't sent, but when I messaged the host she replied timely and was always very responsive!

Don't judge the house by the outside which needed lots of work. Clean inside, very comfortable beds, lots of towels great shower and toilets. Could use a light in living room as it gets pretty dark at night. Washer and dryer did not work. Kitchen was adequate. Need better instructions on keypad entry. Could use grab bars by tub.

Kickball weekend

The property was fantastic, its not on the water but the Mississippi is 5 blocks away. There is a small fire pit and a grill in the backyard. The backyard is a little underwhelming but it was dark and our group enjoyed the fire.We had multiple groups come through and spend the night. There were plenty of sheets and blankets to do a full bed change for each group. We had to use our own Disney sign in but there was a smart tv in the living room and every bedroom.
