Welcome to our Corner Studio Apartment with a breathtaking Intracoastal Bay View located on the 12th floor of the Castle Beach Club Condo. We offer a range of resort-like amenities and a convenient beachfront location in a quiet and family-friendly area of Miami Beach. Here are the key details you need to know:

Mattresses are too hard, no hot water, loud knocking on the wall from plumbing, and you should inform people that valet takes 20 to 30 minutes every time you pick up your car. Great location and clean.

Mattress comfort can be subjective, but we appreciate the comment and will certainly keep it in mind. Regarding the hot water and plumbing noise, these are building-wide systems, and we always encourage guests to notify us immediately so we can investigate and address issues as quickly as possible. As for valet parking, it is complimentary and managed by the building, and wait times can vary during peak hours. Your suggestion to better communicate this is noted. Great Value on Miami Beach

The resort is old but still functional, and the room was large, comfortable, and clean. Free parking is a plus on Miami Beach, although valet parking is required. The beach and multiuse trail are on the beach side, and the pool is large and well used by families.

this has been one of the worst experiences I've had. We found a roach was disgusting. It's constantly worrying if there were more roaches if I'm bringing them home.i was so uncomfortable know ing there was roaches.i could barley sleep and the bathroom was very nasty. There were issues people banging on our door around 1:00 and 7:00 in the morning. So me and my daughter were scared all the time. The place was dirty. I can't even explain to you how much misinformation we were given. There were constant problems with the valet parking. First of all, I reached out to you guys about the scooter.got the info from u guys. That wasn't true. I had to leave the scooter unattended so he can get picked up because security or the front desk would not let me keep it there.. it was a constant battle trying to get people to open the pool gate. I tried to get help for the pool gate door to be open and the valet parking there was always issues and the wait time was like a half an hour or more and then I also asked if I could have extra sheets and I was told I could get them and I never got them. This was not an easy access for a disability people. And we would help us and it was just ridiculous. It was like a circus here.

We also apologize if our communication regarding the scooter and sheets was not as clear or prompt as it should have been. Cleanliness and guest safety are our top priorities — our units are professionally cleaned and treated regularly, and we take reports like yours very seriously.
