The open concept living space is comfortable with sleeper sofa and flat screen TV to relax after a day on the beach. Drink your morning coffee out on the private balcony while watching the waves roll in. The dining area comfortably seats six with additional seating for three at kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a seafood masterpiece. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

I took my 5 grandkids with me. They absolutely loved everything about the property. Our room overlooked the outside pool and the beach. We will definitely plan to stay there on our next Orange Beach trip.

Great Vacation at the Beach

Just finished our week of 4 adults and 4 teenagers at the condo. Plenty of room for our group. The patio is great and the view of the pool and beach was awesome. The teens enjoyed the weight room, the indoor and outdoor pools. We enjoyed several restaurants and shopping nearby.

Large condo that can accomadate a family of 8 very comfortably. The unit was very clean and well kept. My only complaint would be the king size mattress in the master suite. It was lumpy and in need of replacement. You would roll over into a hole. Both myself and my wife had issues sleeping due to this. Otherwise, the unit is well worth the price. We stayed for 5 days/nights.

Loved all the space! Large rooms, nice balcony, and great view. Condo needs a little TLC, floors may not have been cleaned well in a bit. But not a deal breaker. Just take your socks to walk around inside.

When we arrived there was a maintenance man putting in large, loud fans due a water leak in the ac and washer areas. They were going to remove them within 2 days but the leak continued so they kept those fans till our trip ended. There’s was no communication between the renters and owners and the complex. So, at our arrival nobody knew what was going. A/C man’s was doing his thing, he sent us to Phoenix 7 thinking they were going to help but they said I had contact Phoenix 8, By then I had already called the emergency number listed on my email but no answer as it was after hours. The bathtub in the master was filled with hair. On the walls and flooring of the bathtub. Aside from those inconveniences the stay was good. It has good access to the beach. The area in the beach was clear and clean. The pools were also great to relax.

We're also disappointed about the blowers being turned off during the stay, this delayed the repair of the unit. Our goal is to always give a excellent experience, sometimes it is not with in our control. We are sorry about the hair in the shower, had we known about it during your stay I could have helped. We truly appreciate your patience during these circumstances. Your feedback helps us improve our processes, and we're already working to strengthen communication between our team, maintenance, and guests during emergencies.
