Located 4.4 miles east of the Surfside Bridge along the scenic Bluewater Highway, YOLO offers unparalleled ocean views and the serenity of Surfside Beach. Just a 45-minute drive from Houston and 10 minutes from Lake Jackson’s shopping, dining, and entertainment options, it’s an ideal retreat close to everything yet far from everyday stress.

• 4 Bedrooms / 4 Bathrooms — Designed to sleep up to 12 guests comfortably, with every amenity for a relaxing, carefree stay.
• Bedrooms One & Two: Primary suites with private bathrooms and stylish decor for the ultimate in relaxation.
• Bedrooms Three & Four: Bunk rooms, each featuring a Twin top bunk, Full bed below, and a Twin trundle for added flexibility.
• Entertainment & Comfort: Each bedroom has a high-definition flat-screen TV. The family room includes a plush leather sectional, a large TV, and stunning beach views.
• Kitchen & Dining: With an open floor plan, the kitchen and dining area seat 12 comfortably—perfect for gathering and sharing meals with loved ones.

Meet the Owners of Beach Resort Services – A Family Tradition Since 1992
At Beach Resort Services, we are more than just a vacation rental company—we are a small, family-owned and operated business with deep roots in Surfside Beach. Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. What started as a weekend getaway soon became a lifelong tradition, leading to summers spent here as a family before finally making Surfside our home in 1976.
In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in need—and that’s how Beach Resort Services was born. Since then, we have continued to grow, but we have never lost sight of what makes us special—family, tradition, and a passion for helping others create unforgettable beach memories.
Today, Beach Resort Services is run by a dedicated team of three—Denise, Drew, and Hope—who work tirelessly to provide exceptional service, trustworthy management, and a personal touch to every guest and homeowner we serve.
