Sit a while and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico!!
This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo sleeps 6, comfortably. The master bedroom is generously equipped with a King sized bed, and en suite bath with a garden tub/shower. There are 2 full-sized beds in the second bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room with 2 oversized chairs that are calling your name! There is truly enough space for family and friends to make great memories in this amazing condo! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home and more! Sit on the cozy balcony for a while and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico with your favorite drink in your hand, while watching Perdido Key's remarkable sunrises and sunsets! Swim in one of SeaSpray's 3 pools, soak in the hot tub, or play tennis or pickleball on the newly resurfaced courts. You can also enjoy our well-equipped beachfront gym! This is truly paradise at its finest!
Must be 25 to rent.
Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.
