Two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, free on-site parking, and a private outdoor area with a fire feature make it an easy base for exploring Tempe and Scottsdale. Seasonal community-pool access adds time to unwind.

We had a very nice stay here. Everything was spotless and comfortable. Host excellent with some issues we had that were easily resolved or attended to. Like other reviewers we had trouble accessing tv figuring out streaming service etc. highly recommend overall.

Great Tempe condo!

This property worked very well for our family of 3. It was spacious, clean, well equipped, comfortable furniture and nicely decorated. It had a lovely patio area. It's also a great location. We were within 10 - 15 minutes to downtown Tempe and many attractions. We would stay here again.from many att attractions and downtown Tem

Perfect condo in Tempe near Papago Park

Absolutely stunning condo in a perfect area-close to Papago Park and Tempe Towne Lake. Exceptionally clean and well stocked. outside patio provides great privacy and space. Completely remodeled. Bathrooms and kitchen are stunning. Our family loved our stay. Owners were very responsive with any questions. We’d stay again and highly recommend.

We have been to the Phoenix area and rented for several years in a row. We found this house to be our favorite, especially enjoying the privacy afforded by the design of the house with its many floor to ceiling windows, patio doors and walled front and back patios. We found driving to where ever we wanted to go easy and both paved and dirt walking paths just outside the entrance to the subdivision. We will definitely re-rent again!
The outdoor shower wasn’t advertised in the listing. What a pleasant surprise!
So pleasantly private.

You could not watch tv without your personal streaming subscription. We have stayed at many places where that is offered. Bare minimum on amenities.

Rossi review

The place was perfect for our stay. I would recommend that something be done about the small step down from the foyer to the living room. Given that the floor colors are all consistent, It is hard to tell that there is a small step. Maybe a lighter colored mat on the living room floor by the step would do the trick.
