Private, clean mountain home near Rocky Gap!

Our newly remodeled three bedroom house, with high speed internet and AC, sleeps six with one queen bed and four twin beds. There are two full bathrooms & fully equipped kitchen.

We are conveniently located in north east Cumberland, MD, 5 miles from Interstate 68 with restaurants and shopping close by.

When booking please do the following so we can accept reservation quickly:

1. We'd love to know what brings you to beautiful western Maryland
2. Confirm all guest will respect our simple house rules
3. Please turn app notifications on so host can text with you briefly before booking is accepted (host only has a few hours to either accept of decline booking so please be available to communicate)

We are excited for you to come relax and feel at home on this unique property which backs up to 70,000 acres of peaceful forest filled with wildlife.

Our mountain home provides:

- a cozy three bedroom, one level house with 2 full bathrooms and full kitchen
- 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds
- a front yard, covered porch, back deck and grill
- free high speed internet and large Roku TV
- two AC/Heat minisplits with additional AC window units in each bedroom

For families traveling with small children we have a pack and play, stroller, chair booster seat and infant bouncy seat for your use.

**House rules and policies:

- For first time guest, check in with property manager must be scheduled between 4-8 pm. All adults must provide ID at or before check in for key code to be obtained. (This may be skipped for future visits.)
- Children must be with an adult at all times.
- Please park near house parking sign and along side the rental house without blocking driveway path in case emergency access is needed to forest
- Past the deck and all woods surrounding the house are off limit to guest.
(Rocky Gap State Park is nearby and has cleared walking trails to enjoy.)
- Only guest on reservation and their vehicles are allowed to enter property during stay.
- Due to allergy concerns animals are not allowed.
- Please leave house furniture inside, but feel free to move outside furniture wherever you’d enjoy it on deck, porch or front yard area.
- During your stay please refrain from loud music, smoking/vaping, operating hand tools, charging vehicles, drugs, glitter, and parties.
- Place used cooking grease in jar near sink, not down drain.
- Please use stove range hood fan while cooking so food smells don’t linger for next guest.
