Disappointment

The location in Gatlinburg was great- the condo was fine although a bit dated- we had one issue which the owner was unwilling to recognize- that leaves me reluctant to use VRBO in the future-Mike CowanP.S. If you want me torevise this- not sure what you want- do you want me to mention that we found moose poop- in the kitchen-

Nicely renovated - everything we needed while hiking. Appreciated the two full baths, great seating area for all of us, bedrooms were roomy, and beds were comfy. Nice view from the balcony, and some of us made use of the pool. Communication with Ashley was EXCELLENT! There were 6 of us in the condo coming from different areas of the southeast, and she fielded all of our many questions. (Thanks, Ashley!)

Easy location, updated and clean

The location was pretty easy to find.the instructions from the owner were super helpfulIn finding the entry door which was in an odd spot. Elevator is small and slow but there isn’t a ton of traffic through it. The unit itself was lovely. Nicely updated, good use of space and clean. I was surprised by all of the games and extras that were packed in. Beds could have been better but were not bad by any means. I appreciate the ability to control temperature by the room. It was everything we needed. We did try to go on the back porch but there was broken glass all over. I left a note for the cleaning crew. I also wasn’t able to relock the deadbolt on the patio door. The door had two locks and there there wasn’t any concern that anywhere would make it up to the balcony so no concerns! Great place and would love to stay again!
