Large 2-bedroom / 2 full bathroom condo in Hollywood Florida, in an ocean front resort style building. 2 heated pools, 2 GYMs, Cinema and Theater rooms, billiard, party aria, cafeteria, laundry, 24-hour security and much more. Always available non-expensive parking.
Condo: wifi, cable TV, kitchen appliances and utensils, iron, beach accessories, hair dryer, fridge with ice maker, desk.
If baby: folding crib & high chair, baby bathtub.
Beds: 1 king, 2 queens, 2 folding twins.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:
There is additional resort fee of $30 / per 1-2 ADULTS / PER STAY (NOT per day), paid ONCE ONLY ON ARRIVAL directly to association in the receiving office to get your fobs and pool bracelets for the access to all services and activities the complex provided, and to the building itself. (Please see descriptions of this activities in my listing, it's a lot). This fee is to support additional maintenance of the place created by serving of the high quantity of guests, and to keep complex secured. Any building where vacation rental is allowed has such kind of fee.
Parking: we have the cheapest and always available parking in our oceanfront neighborhood, and not limited in number of cars. So, prices per 1 car:
1-7 days - $100.00, 2 weeks- $125.00, 3 weeks- $150.00, 4 Weeks- $175.00.
In the receiving office you will get a tag to hang to the mirror of your car that will allow you the unlimited pass trough the security gates. For this tag you will need to leave $20 deposit, refundable when you return it to the office before your departure.
IMPORTANT: The direct Association fees may be varied on the date of your booking and on the day of the beginning of your reservation, as they are the subject to be changed by the Association any time. The host has no control over these fees, and he is not responsible for these changes. The most recent information about this fee and The Condo Access Info will be available to you 3 days before your trip.
