This 1-bedroom condo located on the 23rd floor of Calypso Tower 3 in Panama City Beach is the perfect retreat for small groups seeking the ultimate Florida getaway. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the private balcony, an idyllic spot to savor your morning coffee.

Sandy Feet Retreat sleeps up to 6 guests. The home’s private bedroom has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There are also built-in bunk beds in the hallway and a full size sleeper sofa in the living area.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This property is located in Calypso Tower 3. Please note: Amenities are provided exclusively by Calypso Tower 3. Towers 1 and 2 are not accessible to guests.

- The home has an additional full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- A 24-hour supply of household amenities is included with the stay to get your vacation started!



Guests will receive an email for registration and parking passes. Passes are $60 per vehicle. Once approved guests will receive a PDF with a barcode for parking garage entry. This property offers Garage Parking for two vehicles.



RENTAL AGE: Rental guests must be 25 years or older. All guests under age 25 must have in-room adult supervision. Adult must be staying in the unit and available at all times. FAILURE to do so are grounds for immediate EVICTION.
