Just to clarify, the unit was fully renovated about two years ago, and the sofa and flooring are part of that renovation and are in good condition. Hi George, Regal Beach Club has daily maid service everyday except Sundays and Public Holidays. The staff would have provided fresh towels during your services. If you required more towels then provided you could have requested this from your onsite property manager, she would have been more then happy to assist. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. The unit was recently updated in late 2018, as each unit is individually owned, they are decorated and styled uniquely to the owners preference. We will be sure to let the owner and the property manager know about the issue you experienced with the drawers and have them fixed. We have suggested to the owner about installing a safe in the unit and they agreed, there is now one for guests to use.
