Stay at The Classic, a spacious lakefront home on Lake of Egypt with a private dock. Sleeps 10 with 1 king, 2 queens & 3 twins (2 singles + daybed). Main level features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, dining room & large deck. Lower level has a second living room, full bath, laundry & extra fridge. Enjoy swimming, kayaking & a covered patio. Easy access to I-57 & Rt. 37 in a quiet neighborhood.

**Inside the Home**
This comfortable home offers ample space for everyone.
* **Upstairs:** Find the main living area, fully-stocked kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms (one king, two queens), and two bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub/shower combo). Step out from this level onto the expansive deck overlooking the water.
* **Downstairs:** A second living area with electric fireplace, laundry, extra refrigerator, bathroom with shower, and a daybed and 2 twin beds provide additional space and convenience. Walk out from this level to the covered patio.

**Outdoor Oasis**
* Private dock for swimming, kayaking, and boating
* Expansive decks perfect for gatherings
* Covered patio for shaded relaxation
* Safe, quiet neighborhood ideal for walks and jogs

**Things to Note**
* Check-in: After 3 PM
* Check-out: Before 10 AM
* **No Pets Allowed:** Guests found with pets are subject to immediate cancellation without refund. Evidence of a pet after departure will result in a $150 penalty.
* Starter supplies provided (TP, paper towels). Please bring your own beach towels and life vests.
* Firewood and other enhancements available for purchase.

The place was very clean and they provided everything you needed to stay there. Unfortunately, we did not get to build a fire because of the rain, but they also had wood and an awesome fire pit.

We love this home. From the time we walk in, we feel like we are coming home. Inside is clean, comfortable and much bigger than it looks driving up. The back porch is large with many clean chairs to relax in to enjoy the gorgeous view. I couldn't imagine a prettier view on this lake. (They take great care outside as well as inside).The kitchen has more than you will need. Very well stocked including a crockpot, plenty of utensils and plates/bowls, large and small coffee mugs. We usually bring a Keurig but decided not to this time. The coffee pot was slow to brew, but the coffee was excellent. We slept in the master and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked. The location is centrally located for hiking, dinner out (Marion has a ton of restaurants) and wineries. We got a Walmart grocery delivery which went well for all but ice cream. (Not the rentals fault, but is worth mentioning).Our girls took the kayaks out and had a blast. The life jckets and kayaks were clean and well mantained.5 stars in everything!

Great stay, house was clean and nice host. Nice cozy cove on the lake, lots of space, room / chairs to relax on the covered patio with the rain even and lots of floats in the shed.

We had a great time at the home. I loved the Blueberry flavored coffee pod and we watched the full moon rise over the lake. The kids decided to take over the downstairs. I had the upstairs primary bedroom. It was a comfortable bed and we listened to the crickets and June bugs all night. It was a spacious

Perfect Getaway!

We booked a long weekend here for my dad’s 70th birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The home has been nicely updated but still contained plenty of original touches that have it character. The outside space was great! We spent a lot of time on the deck, used the grill and fire pit, and of course the lake! We were very impressed with all of the lake toys the shed offered, especially the kayaks. The inside was set up perfectly for our group and our teenager appreciated her own space downstairs. We’ve kept this home on our favorites list and will definitely be back!

Excellent rental!

We absolutely loved this rental. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with the decor, the cleanliness and all the amenities. I don't think there was one thing they didn't think of. Five stars on cleanliness includes outdoor seats. We have never seen such a clean patio. No need to clean up before enjoying coffee while looking at the beautiful view. Amenities inside and out were excellent. The king bed was so comfortable. Location was close enough to hiking, restaurants and wineries. We enjoyed it all. The only thing we didn't do was take the kayaks out. I guess we will have to plan another trip. :)The emailed guide was the best we have ever seen, and we have stayed at a lot of rentals.Thank you for sharing this gorgeous place with us

If you're thinking about booking, just do it!

You truly won't be disappointed! This was our 3rd stay at lake of egypt and this was by far the best place we have stayed. We will definitely be back! From the start the host was extremely accommodating with our early arrival. We brought our own kayaks so being able to pull around back really made getting them to the water awesome. Speaking of water this spot on the water is amazing. Back in a no wake cove with deep water so you don't get all that growth around the dock and can enjoy swimming. The dock seems brand new which was really nice! The home inside and out was immaculate! It truly felt like we were staying in someone's house not a short term rental. This home also provided everything you could need to make you stay feel like home. The deck is a great spot to eat your meals and being covered underneath you can get out of any rain you may have and still be outside. Again if you're thinking about booking it a highly highly suggest it! We will be back for sure! P.s.- The grill was propane not charcoal and they do not provide propane if it happens to be out. There were empties to take and refill if need be.
