Location location location

Great place, overlooking the beach and the ocean. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and shops. Management company was very receptive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Our initial booking in this unit had to change due to maintenance work that was going on during our week we were there. But we were able to get another unit to make our stay a wonderful week.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Description matched the ad with no disappointment. Well organized kitchen set up with everything needed to cook any meal. You get the quiet ocean front setting with a short walk toward a vibrant area full of pubs, restaurants, and a variety of shops. Owner and management were on top of communication and the check in / check out experience was smooth.

Great stay in Kona!

Just Right!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great little place! The beach view and sound of the waves are so nice. I generally kept the sliding doors of the balcony open with just the screens in place for that pleasant ocean breeze. Only used the AC a little at night to cool things down for sleep. The bed was quite comfortable, and I was happy to be able to choose from a selection of pillows of various thickness and firmness for just the right one. I made good use of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare many meals. Having a filtering water pitcher in the fridge was a nice touch so I didn't need to buy a bunch of plastic bottles of water. The surface of the coffee table raises and extends--very handy for the few times when I needed to jump on my laptop. Hope to stay here again during future visits.
