Escape to this spacious 1700 square foot Townhouse Condo with private hot tub in picturesque Wapato Point Resort along the pristine shorelines of Lake Chelan. 512A is located close to the outdoor pool and less than 3 blocks to sandy beach waterfront amenities. Only 1 block to the indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, tennis/pickleball courts, grocery store and Wapato Point Cellars Restaurant & Wine Tasting Room. Includes use of multiple sandy beach waterfront parks, boat moorage, children's activity center, mini-golf, on-site watercraft rentals and more. Less than 3 blocks to downtown Manson restaurants, wineries, shopping, coffee shops, night life and close to Mill Bay Boat Launch & Casino. Only 7 miles to downtown Chelan amenities.

We loved this property and all that it offered. Very clean, lots of room, nice view and tons of games and sports equipment, The hot tub was delightful and there is plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was clean, check-in was smooth and the resort was full of great activities for the family. The kids LOVED the mini golf and pools. Unfortunately our trip was impacted by nearby wildfire smoke, but Bonnie was really helpful trying to find nearby indoor activities and was really gracious in helping us get a partial refund when the wildfire situation got worse. We're looking forward to trying to book with Bonnie again in a future summer.

This property was very clean and the communication with Bonnie, the manager, both before and after the stay was prompt and very helpful. There was plenty of space for five adults and the hot tub an added bonus. The condo has a beautiful down lake view of Lake Chelan and was very quiet.Unfortunately, we had to cut our vacation short due to the extreme smoke from wildfires in the area. It was unsafe/unhealthy for any outdoor activities. Bonnie was very helpful in communicating between us and VRBO and was able to get us a partial refund, thank you again Bonnie.We would stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family

Perfect location with all the amenities we were looking for! Unit was immaculate, owner went above and beyond with communication and being responsive to our needs, requests and questions. This is a definite 'must re-book' when we return to the area.

Very family friendly

Property was very clean and well organized. Kitchen was stocked with very adequate cooking utensils etc. view is t fabulous . At the point close to water front. Walking distance to winery. Loved the morning sun rise looking over the lake. Love that this area is almost residential in feel but also at the lake. Safe for families

Overall was OK. Good location, enough space. Good to have some sports equipment provided. Door was hard to open. Knob kept sticking. Had to really push on it to open. Ad said beach towels were provided but they were not. Interior needs to be updated.

My family has been vacationing at Wapato Point for years, We loved the unit's space and layout for 6 adults and 2 small children. We were comfortable and not cramped. The hottub was a nice touch. The kitchen was filled with every needed utensil and the gas bbq worked well.The bed in the master suite was comfortable. I gave this stay 3 stars. Walking into the unit the very first time, and almost every time thereafter, the front door was cranky and difficult to unlock and open. Frequently we could not open the door without several frustrating pushes. The other reason is the furniture. This was thrid rate stuff. worn out, beat up, and truly not a comfortable seat in the house or the lanai. We are regular guests at Wapato, this furniture was the worst, especially for the premium price paid for the unit. I would not recommend this unit unless these items are addressed by the management company.

Great location for a family vacation. Everything you need to have a great time is within walking distance. The condo was super clean with a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake. Can't wait to visit again!

Our family rented two units at Wapato last week and we had a great time at both places. Bonnie's place was perfect for my daughter, husband and six kids. It's secluded from the main areas with its own association pool and giant grass area for young teens to play soccer, play catch, hit baseballs or fly a kites. The hot tub by the front door was a big hit as was the generous sports closet of balls, tennis rackets, pickleball rackets, water toys and chairs for the beach. The two big downstairs bedrooms with bunks in each worked perfect for boys in one, girls the other. The association homes are a bit dated as compared to the newer Wapato options, but they definitely still have charm. Thanks Bonnie. I'm sure we will be back.
