The Space:

Welcome to Bear Hollow Heaven, a stunning 4-bedroom luxury condo less than 30 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport and less than 10 minutes from America’s second largest ski resort, Canyons and Park City Mountain Resorts for world-class skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, dining, and shopping!



Bear Hollow Heaven takes the headache out of your ski vacation. It has a 2-car garage that gives you easy and convenient access to the condo, with more than enough space for everybody’s gear.



As you enter the home from the garage the first cozy corner you will discover is the spacious basement level bedroom with a large king bed and lovely en-suite with a walk-in shower.



Continuing up the stairs you enter the heart of Bear Hollow Heaven. A large living room flooded with natural light featuring a fireplace, huge TV, and comfy couches to flop into, as you light up the fire along with your favorite streamer.



Overlooking the magnificent living space is a fully loaded kitchen, with coffee bar, all the tools you need to whip up a meal and a large dining table for everyone to gather around. This space is perfect for large families or groups of friends that want to hang out, cook together, and watch a game on the TV before or after hitting the slopes.



As you step through the kitchen door leading to the covered deck you stumble upon the pride of Bear Hollow Heaven, a dreamy, private hot tub where you can soak those sore muscles after a log day on the mountain or in the stores.



But, before you jump in you decide to look upstairs to find a cool bunk bedroom, with twin over twin bunks, next to it is another bright and spacious bedroom with a cozy queen bed. On this level there is also a full bathroom, with shower/tub combo and a washer and dryer incase laundry needs arise.



Then it’s unto the magnificent master bedroom with its double windows, amazing king bed and a massive en-suite bathroom boasting a large jacuzzi tub, twin sinks, and walk-in shower. Once you start hibernating here, it will be hard to leave this heavenly habitat.



Equally as impressive as Bear Hollow Heaven’s amenities is its location! The condo is in Bear Hollow Village which gives all guests access to the clubhouse where you can swim in the summer and hit the huge hot tub all year long! The clubhouse also features a fitness center, common area with fireplace, TV, and a workstation with printer if duty calls or in case you need to print travel documents.



It is Park City after all, and the mountains are calling! Hitting the slopes and ditching the car, and the parking crowds could not be easier! There is a free shuttle at the bottom of the neighborhood only a short walk away from the condo. Canyons Village and Mountain Resort is 5 minutes away and Park City Mountain Resort and Downtown is only 10 minutes away!



If you feel like staying local, take a stroll and follow the path that ducks into an underpass giving you easy access to Redstone Shopping Center with a plethora of dining, shopping, movies, groceries, and entertainment!
