We have been to Little Harbor in Ruskin a few years in a row now. The condo we stay in is impeccable and very well stocked! Comfortable beds, great spacious living area and the resort is fantastic.

Fabulous Place

The condo was clean and very well stocked for dishes, silverware, etc. All of the appliances work and the beds are very comfortable. Our favorite part of the day is when the manatees are playing in the channel behind the condo. We even had a dolphin visit one day! Great place!

Beautiful place!

This is a beautiful townhouse, spacious, comfortable, and fully-stocked, and the private beach and Sunset Grill restaurant is lovely in the resort, overlooking the bay toward St Petersburg. My husband and I like to take long walks, however, there’s not much space for walking. Nonetheless, it was a great place for a long weekend stay for a soccer tournament. We would definitely stay here again!

Great time had by all

The condo was very comfortable & the location is good for getting around to various family activities. Wish there were a few more dishes & cookware. Would have also liked more balcony furniture - one plastic chair upstairs - seemed awkward. Overall a great time.

Great location with many amenities

The townhouse was very clean and easily accessible other than needing to go up two short flights of stairs. The rental had everything you would need to live in for short or longer terms. The property has amazing access to pools, hot tub, fitness room, nice beach and two waterfront bars with excellent food and drinks. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this rental as we would definitely use it again if in the area.

Excellent! After two really dirty experiences renting in the last year, this was a blessing. Clean, stocked with towels, and balcony chairs. Neighbors are friendly n beach is short walk. We not only saw manatees out our back patio but a dolphin and jumping mullet. Highly recommend!

Ok stay

We had a nice stay here. We selected little harbor due to close proximity to family. There was a good amount of space for my family of 4 and we enjoyed the sunset grill and small gym. The condo needs some TLC. The carpets have stains and the upstairs patio was covered in bird feces. There was also a wine glass left there from previous guests. The beds are not very comfortable and could use some new sheets. The sheets have been overused with some staining and are severely pilled. The second night a random teen knocked on our door around 10 pm asking where the beach was. Overall, this property is ok, just needs some touch ups.

Ruskin, FL trip

Despite Hurricane Ian's visit, Ruskin was not an area that was effected. The property was clean, inside and out. The view from back of property was calm & quiet with views of manatees playing in the water in the mornings. Only drawback is if you don't like stairs - will have to climb one set to get to first floor (kitchen, living rm, bath and bedroom), another set to get to second floor (master bdrm suite, laundry and another bedroom located here).

An okay place to stay

Very uncomfortable beds. Not much attention to detail and quite a few dirty spots such as the pull out couch in the downstairs living room. We were missing some of the essentials that said would be included. We loved having a washer and dryer available and the bathtubs were so deep and relaxing. A random person was at our doorstep when we got back from an adventure. Tried getting in contact with someone at the property, but just got voicemail and no response besides a message a couple days later.

So So.

If you’re just looking for a place to ride out the winter weather, and aren’t looking for things to do, or are a boater, this might be a good choice for you. This townhouse is located within a cute harbor community far from major stores, quality restaurants, activities or beaches. Sarasota, Siesta Key & Gulf beaches are an hour away. Tampa, St. Pete, Target, Costco 45 min - hr. drive in traffic. Great, if you prefer dollar stores & car repair shops. The townhouse itself is basic, no full length mirror in any of the bedrooms, no ceiling fans & could use updating. Since the first floor bedroom has no closet as advertised, it needs a chair, table or dresser to put clothes or suitcases. The 3 “sliding” screen doors do not slide open. Very aggravating! The rollers are so worn down & old even the repairman said they can’t be fixed but need replacement. Upstairs the carpeting is stained in places and is in need of replacement. In the master bathroom upstairs, we were greeted by a silverfish! Thankfully it was the only one. But outside the shower stall showed signs of crud. The exterior 3 porches/balconies were not cleaned, back porches still dirty with bird excrement. After reporting this the back balcony was cleared of bird debris but we ended up cleaning the outdoor furniture ourselves. The beach is very small with one side open to the public & a small section dedicated to residents. The Guard house at the front of the community is not manned until dark. The best parts of this property are the daily visits of the gentle manatees and the beautiful sunsets enjoyed from the back of the townhouse. There are a few pretty sidewalks by the harbor areas to walk and several side streets as well. Another plus are quiet & friendly neighbors, the convenient Sunset Restaurant/bar & of course the weather is wonderful. With a little attention & care this property could be much better, though the location is best suited to boaters.

Home rental is a nice 2 floor townhome

Townhome was nice and clean in a community setting. Thermostat control goes up to 78 when you are away from home no control to stop the change unless you stay home. Security guard at gate is unfriendly and rude. Kids Had a great time fishing at pier. Caught a bonnet head shark. Not mush to do in Ruskin Florida. Short 25 minute drive to Brandon Florida for nicer restruants.

Beautiful Home

This is the first time that we stayed in this townhouse in Little Harbor, Ruskin Florida. We were very pleased with how well equipped it is and it is extremely clean and seems like everything is new in the house. The view in the back is very pleasing and it is fun to watch the manatees.The only recommendation I would have would be to have a king size bed in the master bedroom. Otherwise, the house is lovely and we are very pleased with it. Also, one more recommendation would be to leave instructions on to how to work the TV with spectrum

Great Stay!

Everything is as it was advertised. My family of 6 enjoyed this townhouse extremely. It was clean amd fully stocked. The neighborhood is great and very closely connected to a private beach.

The condo is wonderful. Some ideas I would think can help the stay would be ceiling fans to help circulate the air versus lowering the temperature on the A/C causing potential maintenance requirements. Also, we think having more dish washer tabs and trash bags to take trash out more often. When we travel typically when we pay this amount of money incidentals like toilet paper, sponges and trash bags are provided. Overall we enjoy the place and would consider staying again.
