Carmen was very attentive and helpful! We had a little trouble with the door code but she responded quickly and remedied the issue. The place is as described. We only stayed for 2 days but it was exactly what we needed. The garage was an added bonus! I do wish the main door had a curtain or blind for privacy but its on the 2nd level and sunken back so no major concerns. Neighbors are very friendly! We would stay here again! Thank you!

Little Harbor is great

Little Harbor is a great destination with 2 pools, private beach, 2 restaurants. Townhouses are very cute inside and out. Beautiful view from our back balcony of the channel and lots of boats.

Harbor View

Nice unit. Very comfortable for my Wife, Teenage Son and myself. Master bedroom overlooks the harbor and gets the first sunshine of the day facing east. Saw manatees swimming in the harbor. Very much "living like local" vibe.

The condo was nice and in a very nice location. We ended up renting a golf cart but everything is easily walkable. The property manager and maintenance (had a minor dishwasher problem that was quickly fixed) were extremely helpful and friendly. Saw a couple dolphins and a manatee. Any negative issues were really too minor to mention. Overall, a nice vacation.

Beautiful property. Bed bugs.

The property is beautiful. Area is nice & relaxing but when you wake up to bugs in your bed & bites all over your feet & legs you’re absolutely disgusted. I reached out to management or who was in charge of the property a few times with no response. I’m very upset & will never stay here again.

Disappointed

Location was awesome. Pictures looked much better than actual unit. Cleanliness was not up to par. We had to clean entire kitchen. Furniture needs to be updated.

Paid for but didnt get

The wifi netword with passcode did not work at all.Carmen answered first call,but no other calls.So sad no one communicates like the old days.She was not concerned bout this problem,at all.TV in spare room only received 1 channel.I needed wifi .

Nice location but a bit run down

The location and communication with the owner was well managed. However, because of flight delays we checked in late, and the code did not work. The manager was extremely kind and quick to fix the problem. The first night when we took showers the drain was clogged and we were ankle deep in water. YUK...The problem was fixed the next day. Overall the place is lovely, but the actual condo is a bit run down. The baseboards are beat up and filthy, air vents were extremely dusty, the air conditioner is very loud and wakes you up at night, the master bed squeaks loudly when you move, and it just wasn't as clean as what we are used to. There were no extra blankets or pillows.

Does not match the photos and listing on VRBO

We have stayed in this neighborhood many times and have lived it…the condo we normally stay at was sold. So this was the first time at this listing. This unit was a huge disappointment and did not look like the listing photos. For example, upon entering, the baseboards are all beat up, the window blind in the kitchen has two broken slats—literally missing, there are worn marks and mis-matched “patches” of paint on several walls, then there is a wall at the top of the stairs that has several areas of paint peeling off, large stains on the ceilings, the canvas art on the wall was ripped and the list goes on. It was the worst unit we have ever seen. When I contacted the owner Carmen, his first response was that it was “normal wear and tear”. I shared all of my photos with him. He did offer a 40% discount and said he blocked it now for May so he can improve the conditions. My biggest disappointment is that his listing was not represented by him correctly and we would have never rented it. We were disgusted by the condition and felt very misled by him. I encouraged Carmen to remove his listing or remove the beautiful photos and show photos of what it really looks like. Poor business practice. .

Above Expectations

Property was better than listed. Our dog had no issues. Carmen was awesome to deal with. Had 2 small issues( no one's fault) and responded within minutes and issues were fixed. Couldn't get tv to work and coffee maker quit. Had a new coffee maker 10 minutes after contacting Carmen . We didn't want to leave. Looking forward to going back for 2 weeks next time..

Great Value

Check in was flawless. The resort style community the townhouse was located in is beautifully manicured. Dolphins were frequently spotted in the canal, which was a thrill. Pool was open (thankfully) and inviting. Restaurants on site. Reasonable driving distance to other nice locations such as Sarasota and St Pete. Two thumbs up!

Ok place, needs refreshing

This 2BR 1.5 bath property inn Little Harbor has a lot of potential. Deferred maintenance and subpar cleaning result in a lower overall score. The unit had water damage on the main bedroom ceiling, the exterior repairs were made but not yet on the interior. We experience frequent intermittent issues with the automatic door lock, requiring us to use a ladder to access the unit at 1 point and requiring us to leave a window unlocked for the times the door lock refused to open. We had the maintenance team out on 4-5 occasions to repair issues. The unit needs some drywall work and a fresh coat of paint. The sheets were old, worn and definitely need replacing with something other than a sandpaper thread count. Location was great and featured a great view of the marina.

Cleaning needs more detail work .

I do highly recommend this area we loved our stay and will definitely return About the cleaniness it's really does need to be more detailed . I had expected to arrive and relax not to clean . But I have to keep my family safe so I did what I had to ... Next time taking my own cleaning products just in case I hope I do not have to use them but better safe then sorry . Over all beautiful Stay !!!

Great place to stay with beautiful view.

I have stayed in Little Harbour several times before but this was the first time in a townhome. It was a very nice place with everything to make you feel at home. The air conditioner wasn’t working when we first arrived but the issue was resolved quickly with prompt communication from our host.

We vacationer here back in July 2019 and absolutely loved it. The resort was lovely.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The condos were clean and amenities were great.

Clean, well equipped. Close to entertainment and restaurants.

Very nice, well appointed rental. We were very comfortable through out our stay. Only complaint is the TV in the living room had no service and cut off before we could connect.
