We had a nice stay. The location is great. Walking distance of coffee, restaurants, Eastern Promenade, and Old Port (longer walk). Nick was incredibly responsive throughout the stay. The unit is obviously not brand new but it was pleasant and worked well. Kitchen had what we needed. Beds were a little softer than our liking but others may feel differently. Driveway parking may be available through Nick for an additional fee but we also found plenty of street parking.

Property needs to be refurbished Pealing paint in the bathrooms,Too few outlets, trash smell from outside hallway,Inoperable microwave should be removed, entrance step is a tripping hazard.No towel bars in rear bathroom and washer dryer are in the rear bathroom.Porch light is on motion sensor, but stays on for only a few seconds and someone needs to keep waiving their arms to keep the light on so you can see to enter the door code.Street parking is very difficult and you need to pay to use the driveway.Multiple units so whoever reserves the driveway gets it and the other units have to find street parking.Busy residential and commercial area.

Great property, listing is as described and in desirable location. Clean and well stocked! We had no need to speak to property management meaning everything went smoothly and there were no surprises. We will be back!

We had a great time staying in Portland! All the amenities you will need were available, and the location was perfect for walking to some of the attractions. Nick was incredibly accomodating and responsive, making our stay that much easier.

Host was very communicative and accommodating. Property is in very good condition, clean, comfortable, and was perfect for the three of us. Could easily accommodate a larger group. Coffee pot and filters were especially appreciated. Within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, and an easy Lyft ride downtown. We enjoyed our stay!

Spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. 10 minute walk to all of the restaurants, bars and breweries on Washington Avenue. 5 minute walk to the eastern park on the bay and its collection of food trucks. Free street parking is hit or miss, but you do have the option to rent the property’s driveway (something we opted not to do). Nicholas was very easy to reach and was quite accommodating when we needed to check in a little early. He also checked in on us occasionally to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Would gladly rent from again if we were in the area.

The house was warm and cosy and in a good location. The showers were good and the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was that with doors shut, the bedrooms got too hot, yet turning the heating down made them cold.

Great place to stay and great location

Everything on VRBO is accurate. Perfect location, clean, family-friendly and the check in process was easy. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portland.

Great stay in East End of Portland

My family of five with 3 adult children had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean, spacious and in a great location for seeing Portland. Nicholas was a great communicator and check-in and check-out were easy. I would stay again next time I'm in Portland.

We want our home to be your home and not only do we provide you with enough amenities to do that, but we also make ourselves available to answer any questions you have. Location is key! This home is located on Munjoy Hill. It is close to downtown (less than a mile) as well as one block from local food and drink options. This property has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths which is rare to find. It has a flexible floor plan that is great for cooking a romantic meal or entertaining a larger gathering. It is truly unique space and we always go above an beyond to make the home clean, comfortable and as if it were your own.
