Enjoyed our stay.

We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers, place was very comfortable and clean. Ample towels and kitchen amenities. We enjoyed the clubhouse area with a pool table and local restaurant/ brewery.

We had a great time at this property. Some things we really loved were how easy it was to get to downtown Greenville, how clean and modern the property was, the amount of space, and all of the amenities provided. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. One thing to keep in mind is that if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring a sound machine, as the shared walls were slightly thin.

Perfect Stay for a Bachelorette Weekend!

We had the BEST time staying at this adorable apartment for our bachelorette weekend! It was super cute, cozy, and had everything we needed for the perfect staycation. The location was amazing, and Nazbi was so sweet and helpful. We didn’t want to leave! 10/10 would stay again!

Amazing Rental for Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. It is very clean and well decorated. It has many on-site amenities such as restaurants, and family game rooms. We especially loved the outdoor sitting area right outside of the den.Beds are extremely comfortable and cozy. We had a pleasant stay. Owners were quick to respond to any questions.

We were hoping to finally get a break from hotels and stay at a 2 bed 2 bath and get a kitchen. We booked a month in advance and 5 days before they sent a email saying we were all set. On the day of check in we haven’t actually gotten the check in information yet so we call and nobody picks up. Vrbo wasn’t able to reach the host either. We quickly had to book hotel outside of city because all good hotels were unavailable at that point. We ended up staying at mediocre place out of town and paying 2 times more. So beware that this host might ditch you and you might be left with no place to stay!

Everything was perfect! I would suggest stocking a wine opener and a pizza cutter. Also more hooks in the bathrooms for towels.

No instructions how to get in the place, code was emailed to me after calling everybody to get into the unit no instructions on WiFi and then I was hit $250 out of blue and nobody knows why.?

The registration process was fine. However, as we progressed toward and during our stay, the owner seemed illusive and refused to communicate other than via email where response time was not always timely and he seemed to 'push back.' The unit is modern but the quality is Amazon-like. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. One TV controller could not be found but was eventually located at the very back of a lower kitchen cabinet behind other items, and the TV displayed rotation of personal photos (awkward!). Neither were we ever able to access desired programming on that (LR) TV. Most aggravating was we were not informed of the lack of 'after business hours' parking access (had to park outside a gate a long distance from the unit) and were 'locked out' until a resident let us in. On a more positive note, we had reason to encounter the 'property manager' for this unit. He was quite cordial and very kind, and was accommodating to the best of his ability. We realize the owner has received some great reviews, but our experience was certainly less than what we've grown to expect with VRBO.

Stay was fine. Lots of details to study before you get there but overall pretty easy to figure out. I was told the pool would be out of service but luckily appeared to be usable for my kids. Apt was fine. Very modern industrial vibe which is cool. Beds were super hard but had great comfortable bedding. I would recommend. Host was cordial and good about communicating.
