Whether you're looking for outdoor adventure or peaceful relaxation, our spacious and stylish retreat is the ideal base to explore everything Summit County has to offer—year-round. Inside, the home welcomes you with an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the great room, dining area, and a chef’s kitchen—perfect for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a double-wall oven, making it easy to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. On chilly mountain nights, you'll stay warm and cozy thanks to radiant floor heating and a beautiful gas fireplace that adds both comfort and ambiance.

For added convenience, the heated garage includes a NACS wall charger—just be sure to bring any necessary adapters if you're driving a non-NACS EV.

At Journey West, we believe every stay should feel personal. We’re locally owned, hands-on, and always nearby, should you need anything during your time here.

This property was simply stunning! The house was absolutely beautiful, spacious and so cozy, we didn't want to leave! The hosts were super nice and thoughtful, the fully stocked kitchen super helpful, and everything just felt so warm and inviting. It truly felt like a home away from home! We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back one day!

We love this property. It had everything we could think of the outside patio and barbecue Grill area was beautiful. The house was perfect and beautiful. Everything was thought of from what we needed for our do—to great beds to sleep in —to a great kitchen! Everything was wonderful. Hosts were exceptional!

Beautiful weekend

We enjoyed our stay in Silverthorne. Even though it was so cold that weekend , we enjoyed the beautiful home after a day on the slopes. Definitely be back.

The house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked as well. We enjoyed both the inside fireplace and outside fire pit. Bedrooms were all spacious with nice bedding. My kiddos enjoyed the upstairs living area too. The house is close to town as well, so convenient for grocery shopping or eating out. We will definitely be returning!

This is quite possibly the most spectacular place I have ever stayed. The house was beautiful, well decorated, full of useful kitchen items and the grill on the back deck was clean and easy to use. We absolutely loved the fire pit and made s’mores with Reese’s peanut butter cups (you should try it). It was a joy to work with the folks renting out the house. The location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood and just a stones throw from the Blue River hiking trail and a short drive into Silverthorne. Loved the whole experience and hope to come back with more of our family.

The perfect Silverthorne property!

Absolutely everything was perfect in this huge house located in a VERY quiet neighborhood close to EVERYTHING. We were a group of hikers and cyclists looking to enjoy daily challenges and then relax in cool mountain air. This property had everything and more. Quick access to mountain rides (e.g., Vail, Loveland, Montezuma), easy drives to challenging hikes (Grizzly, Sniktau, Quandry), and short drives to groceries, hiking/biking supplies, and wonderful dining opportunities. We have stayed in this area for the month of July across several years, and this property was our absolute favorite. The kitchen was well-equipped, bedrooms well-appointed, and the large sitting room and dining table were perfect for group events. Also, we were able to bring our dogs! We would happily stay here again and again. Book now!
