Quiet, 550sqft + private entrance refreshed 1br/1ba + kitchenette in Central Boulder. We live upstairs and are available to assist during your stay. We're two blocks away from restaurants, coffee shops and shopping on Pearl St. Highly walkable area with a bike system for a further reach of town.

No need for a car with easy access to downtown Boulder bus station from DEN airport or downtown Denver. There are buses that go into the mountains as well.

Surrounded by trees and nature, enjoy our cozy basement located in this central area of Boulder. Upon arriving, you have ample street parking along 19th St. next to our home, then can head to the north corner of the house for your private and well-lit entrance through the backyard. Guests are able to check-in on keypad lock using a unique code provided prior to arrival.

Down a few steps you will enter into your private living space with a kitchenette, living room, bathroom and bedroom. The kitchenette has a microwave, small fridge, water kettle, dishes and a selection of coffee and tea for your convenience. There is no sink, so not a full kitchen and please don't use the bathroom sink as a kitchen sink. The living room has a large couch and TV capable of streaming online (no cable) via Wi-Fi, along with multiple board and card games. Luxurious, large bathroom with dual showerheads, and bidet toilet. We have essentials (shampoo, conditioner and bodywash). In the bedroom, you will find a memory foam mattress queen bed with a closet, dresser, and a full desk complete with screen and docking station ideal for working. Through a sliding door the laundry room is available complete with washer, dryer and drying rack. The space gets great natural light and is very well lit - no one likes a dark basement.
