Best beach condo

The proximity to beach and Gulf were the best features. It was a very enjoyable stay. The gorgeous sunsets were picture perfect and the sound of the waves were very relaxing.

The property is beautiful. The only thing that could have made it better was if someone had left instructions on how to work the TV. Sometimes it would work just fine, then the next time it would say no internet connection. Then maybe it would work and maybe not. The last night we were there it took us an hour or more to get it to work.

It felt like our home, away from home. We appreciated there were beach chairs provided for us to use, but it would have been nice to have lighter chairs that one could take down to the beach. The ones provided were very heavy and awkward to carry. Other than that, we felt the unit didn't lack amenities. We would highly recommend this unit.

It was very comfortable and so easy to get around the area. The unit was very clean and was recently updated. One of the fixtures in the bathroom had 4 burnt out bulbs but was fixed within 24 hours of the call. Neither of the blinds in the bedrooms could open/close with the wand or cord. The closet door in the 2nd bedroom kept coming off the track which we reported when we left. It would have been very helpful to have additional towels - we had 4 sets for 4 guests.

Bathroom in master bath could use some updating. Shower/bathtub a little outdated and small. But guest bathroom shower was great! The only thing I would say is having to keep the temp at 72 is a little warm after being out in the sun and trying to sleep - it gets hot. Also - master bedroom could use some Curtains - otherwise be ready for wakeup to light at 6:30am.Other than that - beautiful view of ocean, boardwalk around Lands End is very nice, I liked the location - away from all the hustle and bustle of Treasure Island but yet close enough for short driving distances to restaurants.Great family vacation!

We liked the tile floors over carpet (they just seem cleaner). The view was nice. Nice shower in the second bedroom. Master bath was an ok tub. The following are just suggestions and/or heads up to the next renters: Would be nice to have a Keurig coffee maker. Only two 'beach chairs' that were big heavy camping chairs and one was busted. Building 8 is a little hike to the beach as you are between the two boardwalks. Furniture a little worn but ok. Linens provided but no beach towels. The pool is heated but not as warm as we would like. The unit doesn't have electronic access, just manual keys. As far as communicating with the rental company, sent them a couple of emails on non urgent items/questions and never got a response. Recommend you call them.

It was clean but they need new bed spreads that aren't so stained looking. We also had a problem with gnats that were annoying but I know this is hard to control. The view was beautiful and the pool was nice.

Great Location!!!

Great condo, very nice place. The floors were not clean and there was no cleaning supplies to use. Glass dining table, no glass cleaner. Had to buy a sponge to do dishes, TP and paper towels, and not enough towels for the week. 4 beach chairs and only 2 we able to be used. 2 broken beach umbrellas. In my opinion, for the cost of the rental they could be a little less frugal.

We love the facilities, the location and the solitude.This was the nicest unit we have stayed in for many years. It was updated and extremely well stocked. The kitchen had everything one could ask. It also had numerous beach chairs and umbrellas....oh, and fishing poles. The bathrooms were very nice and modern.
