Located in Downtown Tacoma between New Tacoma and Hilltop, in an area which is similar to other inner city neighborhoods. While the neighborhood is undergoing rapid gentrification, the area still has its challenges and room for improvement.

The building has security cameras on the outside of the building and all apartment doors have deadbolt locks.

As an additional safety measure and due to our check-in procedures being fully remote, we ask all guests to verify their identities prior to check-in, much like a hotel asks for ID upon check-in at the front desk.
