South Forest Beach - Charming 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Villa - Walk to the Bch & Pool!

You'll love this fantastic location! Just a 6-7 minute walk to South Forest beach, and a half mile from Coligny Plaza which has wonderful shops, restaurants and bars. Ocean Breeze Villas are located a short distance away from the South entrance of Sea Pines where you can enjoy dining at the Salty Dog and touring Harbor Town where you will find a marina, dining, boat tours and lots of wonderful bike trails.

Ocean Breeze has three pools on-site and tennis courts as well as access to Van Der Meer Tennis Facility.

The Dining Area, Living Room, and Kitchen feature an open floor plan allowing for gatherings and easy entertaining. In the Living Room, you will have the pleasure of a 55" smart flat screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD player with movies and games for the whole family. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The Dining Area has a table for six and there are 2 counter stools at the bar for additional seating. From the Living Room walk through the sliding glass doors to a deck equipped with patio furniture to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail in a serene backyard setting.

There is a bedroom suite on the main floor with a bathroom and walk in shower. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a Smart TV. Upstairs, the master suite has a queen size bed and a 40" TV with a DVD player. The master bath features a double vanity and tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a very nice view of the community pool with a twin over a full size bunk and a pull out trundle to sleep 4 children or 2 adults comfortably. The adjoining bathroom has a granite counter top and and tub/shower combo.

We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible while staying in your "home away from home", that's why we include so many wonderful amenities.  Linens are provided for all 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, napkins, paper towels, foil, plastic wrap, sandwich size ziplock baggies, a full selection of spices, coffee, tea, sugars and hot chocolate.  There are plenty of towels provided in the  bathrooms  as well as hand soap, body soap, body lotion, shampoo & conditioner and of course a blow dryer in each bathroom.  There is a full size washing machine and dryer with detergent for your convenience.

Gas and charcoal grills are not allowed in our complex but we do have electric "Ninja" 14" Indoor Griddle and Grill to use in the kitchen.

Seven beach chairs and towels are provided for your enjoyment during your stay.
