After 11PM we are sleeping below the two smaller bedrooms. Please remove your shoes when walking in the hallway and keep noise to a minimum.

Checkout: remove trash, run dishwasher, & leave apt as you found it. Instructions for trash and recycling bins is on the refrigerator.

Great place to stay! We were there for a month and had everything we needed. Location is convenient to Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs, close to public transportation and major highways but still had a neighborhood feel. The unit is fully equipped, lots of storage space if you need it. Mary was very responsive if we had questions. Off-street parking, sidewalks if you want to take an evening stroll. We did and met some friendly neighbors. There’s a nice fenced-in yard, behind which is another large yard where we would see some early morning deer and foxes. Down the street is a place with half a dozen horses, just very pretty area. You’re close to the city but it has a more suburban feel. Downtown Jenkintown has so many cute shops and independent restaurants and businesses! Less than 2 hours to the beach (Seaside Heights), half an hour to downtown Philadelphia or Bucks County popular attractions (Sesame Place, Washington Crossing, Wissahickon State park for great hiking/walking trails). Overall, it’s a great place to stay!

Great location

Great location close to the city. Quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. It’s an older home so the floors were quite squeaky, but it was clean and comfortable.

Great apartment. Clean, roomy and convenient.

We spent two nights here for a college graduation, the place is exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Perfect Stay

This location was perfect. It is close to Phili for the Penn Relay events as well as close to outlet shopping. It is a very safe area with ample off-street private parking. I will likely return here again next year for next year's event.

Wonderful apartment near Philly

Noisy floors

Place was good however downfall with small kids the floors are very loud to walk on. So it was a little hard after putting them to bed to move around. Other than that the place was great. Would stay again.

Clean property, easily accessible to local attractions

We enjoyed our stay in the cute/clean apartment. The apartment was easily accessible to downtown Philadelphia and other local attractions. We enjoyed taking walks around the quiet neighborhood and to local restaurants. It was a great place to come back to after a busy day! We highly recommend.

Cedar Road respite

Everything was great. Nice, clean, as advertised apartment in a wonderful, walkable neighborhood. Close to horse stables and lots of open space, as well as shops and market. Would definitely recommend. Host Mary is awesome.

Just what we ordered!

Certainly a nice place to stay on our family trip back East. Hosts were responsive, and everything was as stated in the description with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and 2 TVs even. Very nice place

This is our second time staying at this property while visiting relatives. It has everything that a person would need for a stay and is exactly like shown in the listing. Communication with the owner Mary was excellent. We had no issues at all and would highly recommend this property.

Great experience

We had a very comfortable stay at the property. It had everything we needed, was clean, and the owner was easily to communicate with and very accommodating. The area is quiet. Definitely recommend and would stay again upon our return to Philadelphia.

great apartment

This is one of the best rental experiences I have had for this class of property. The unit was spacious, well-appointed and located very conveniently. It is truly three bedrooms with an amazing kitchen and full-sized bathroom. A great value for Philadelphia.
