After 11PM we are sleeping below the two smaller bedrooms. Please remove your shoes when walking in the hallway and keep noise to a minimum.

Door must always be locked. If you are out for the day or in for the night, lock both locks.

Checkout: remove trash, run dishwasher, & leave apt as you found it. Instructions for trash and recycling bins is on the refrigerator.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and were very satisfied with everything. The place is exceptionally clean and well looked after. There's a fully functional large kitchen with plenty of plates, glassware, utensils as well as a coffee machine and very large refrigerator. The main bed was quite comfortable and there is, what seems, an unending supply of closet space with plenty of hangars. Off-street parking right at the entry door to the place was also a very welcome plus. Plenty of bath towels and linens as well and with the large yard and a view of nature when waking up in a very quiet neighborhood we concluded that compared to the many places we've stayed this is the only one we would, without doubt, stay at again. Mary was very prompt in responding to any questions etc.

Parking up front. Busy street so sometimes hard to exit. Place is clean, some upgrades mostly vintage second floor walk up. Adequate kitchen and supplies. Bedding ok. Nice no carpeting. One bathroom by kitchen. Host very kind and helpful. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Great location

Great location close to the city. Quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. It’s an older home so the floors were quite squeaky, but it was clean and comfortable.

Perfect Stay

This location was perfect. It is close to Phili for the Penn Relay events as well as close to outlet shopping. It is a very safe area with ample off-street private parking. I will likely return here again next year for next year's event.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Mary’s place. She is warm and friendly and very accommodating. The apartment is well appointed and had everything we needed, especially for the baby.

Sesame Place trip

Great experience

We had a very comfortable stay at the property. It had everything we needed, was clean, and the owner was easily to communicate with and very accommodating. The area is quiet. Definitely recommend and would stay again upon our return to Philadelphia.

Clean property, easily accessible to local attractions

We enjoyed our stay in the cute/clean apartment. The apartment was easily accessible to downtown Philadelphia and other local attractions. We enjoyed taking walks around the quiet neighborhood and to local restaurants. It was a great place to come back to after a busy day! We highly recommend.
