Great location with unobstructed ocean view. Sufficiently clean, spacious and nicely layed out with a big sun deck. With a little TLC, this could be a real gem!

Horrible sleeping in Master bed

The house itself had a beautiful view and steps away from the beach. It was well equipped with everything we needed and more. However, as soon as we entered, we could smell mold and mildew. No signs of it but it was an older home. The master bed was the main issue, otherwise it would have had a much better review. The bed was so horrible that I woke up after the first night with a kink in my neck that made it difficult to enjoy the rest of the vacation stay. My husband also could not sleep on it after the first night, so we ended up pulling the mattress onto the floor to sleep. It was then we discovered that the bed's boxsprings were placed diagonally instead of horizontal and the boards underneath were ALL put together wrong, including two large boards that caused the bed to feel like you were sleeping on a metal pole. Ughhhh....I wish I hadn't slept on it at that first night.A comfortable bed would have made all the difference for my trip.

Week at Sea Isle

House was great. We had plenty of room. Great location for the beach-just walk down the trail and you are there! Everything worked great. The only thing we were disappointed with was the lack of bowls and the silverware was iffy. We stayed 8 nights.

Outstanding Beach stay

The house was neat, clean and ready to stay in. It had perfect space for my wife and my 3 small children, including my brother, his wife and teenager. Perfect proximity to the beach. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for an affordable beach stay.

The house was very clean and just as described in the ad. The huge windows in the living room gave a beautiful view of the ocean no matter what you were doing in the house. The huge deck with the included furniture was a great place to hang out when not on the beach. The property manager was absolutely wonderful!!! We had such an amazing time everyone was very sad when we had to come home. We are all ready making plans to go back to this exact house next year!!!!

Great experience

The four of us who stayed here needed a place to go to unwind from stress. It was great to sit on the deck in the morning and evening overlooking the ocean and enjoying the breezes. Then during the day was a quick walk to the beach. We had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay..

Family Vacation

Place was great. Easy to get to. Easy to access. Very Clean. Great Views especially if you’d like to people watch because it is sort of near the public beach access. Very quiet.My family was very pleased and would stay at this location again.

Lovely beachfront

The place was as advertised. The view was unbeatable. A few glitches getting the TVs to work, no hangar space and the double door knob was inconvenient but overall it was a great stay.

Perfect beach getaway

This is the perfect beach getaway! Great location where the beach is not very crowded, but close enough to get into the main area for dinner. Very dog friendly area which we loved since we had our 2 dogs with us! The house is nice and clean with a beautiful view!

Beachfront property

The location of this rental was great for us. The kids could run down to the beach and we could watch them from the deck.The layout of the property is good and worked really well for our group of 5. A market convenience store was just a few minutes away.The house itself could use some updating. The deck gate was broken, the house had some moldy areas and the master bedroom mattress was saggy. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Making memories

I planned a family vacation so my grand kids could see the ocean and visit my sister. I wanted a place where we could walk right out to the beach and this place was it! We had a blast . They didn’t get in until late at night so they didn’t see the ocean till the next day when they woke up, it was priceless. Go out make memories, life is too short.

Beautiful view but a little outdated

The rep that I was told to call to get check in info never answered her phone. I had to track down people just to get the code to the property. Could of done with out that stress.

Stay far away

We weren’t going to mention the occasional dirty dishes on the shelf, the broken backs of each patio chair or even the AC that went day for the day. BUT management came by to “troubleshoot” the broken AC and reported we have a dog. Considering we don’t have a dog and management’s description of my husband was a man with tattoos, we can prove my husband is not a man covered in tattoos with a dog, Problem is Evolve, the manager, won’t listen to reason, won’t view my husbands picture at the property without tattoos, and management wants to back charge a non refundable pet deposit. We have never had an incident in all our travels within VRBO. My only review in all my years and I will say, stay far away from this property who knows what else they will try to pin on you.

Beachfront View

The best asset of the property is its location. Some parts of the house are rundown ie. wood in deck, guest/second bathroom (specially shower stall). The front door is difficult to open. In the kitchen, some of the pots and pans should be thrown out, not enough glassware. On the other hand, the bed linens were new and very nice, A/C worked well, hot water for shower, nice, open space on deck. Thank you,

Wonderful house and location with great view!

Evolve Rental on VRBO

The property was adequate to our needs and we enjoyed our stay of 3 days at the beach. The master bed squeaked with every movement, but the Queen bed was comfortable. There were little things that the owner could easily repair like missing cupboard handles and TP roll holder hanging off the wall loose. In all, the home was clean and had everything we needed. Be sure to wear shoes on the spacious deck as several large splinters were removed from children and adults feet. The Location is great and access to the beach is easy, but dawn and dusk were terrible times to be assaulted by mosquitos on the way to and from it. Bring repellent and walk quickly!

Beach Vacation Win

We had the best time staying at this property! A super quick and easy walk to the beach. Perfect porch sitting and comfortable lounging when it rained, and we were forced inside. A beautiful view of the ocean from the house! Very good experience communicating with the property manager!
