Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your kind words about the comfortable beds and the well-equipped nature of our accommodations. Your constructive feedback regarding the living room couch is valuable, and we will look into replacing it to ensure a more comfortable stay for our guests. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your overall experience and would like to return. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for staying with us at Tropical Terrace 3, Donald. We’re glad to hear the condo itself met your expectations. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the booking and location, as well as the impact of nearby road construction during your stay. We understand how that could be frustrating, especially when expectations for a beachfront setting are different. While reservations made through third-party platforms are managed within their system, our team is always here to help clarify details about the home and location prior to arrival whenever needed. We appreciate your feedback and hope you were still able to enjoy some time on the island.
