良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
We chose this home expecting an enjoyable experience, especially given that we spent nearly 11k for this trip. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by multiple issues. We became even more frustrated when no one followed up after our stay to acknowledge the experience.It wasn't until after we reached out multiple times (and many broken promises from a rep that the boss would be reaching out on specific days) that they finally made contact apologizing for the inconveniences. But despite being inconvenienced EVERY full day we were there, I was offered reimbursement of about HALF the price of ONE night which is laughable.Not enough allowable characters to detail everything. But the most significant problem was the shower pipe exploding multiple times. 3/5 days, we had to choose between enduring the disruptive sound of pouring water due to the malfunctioning shower pipe, or going without water entirely. There were multiple occasions in which I had to go outside and cut the water off which made it difficult to use the bathrooms, bathe, and manage basic daily needs (we also hired a chef who could barely prepare meals because of this issue). And then when we had to do the aforementioned we had to hear this loud water pouring and rig up towels so that the room didn't flood.The repairman came and admittedly didn't repair all items because he didn't think it would go bad that fast. So he had to come 3 days and used blaster rust spray which engulfed the house in fumes each time.
