Would recommend! Condo was perfectly located on the quiet end of the beach with quick drive or walking distance to the heart of town for city activities. Easy walk to pier. Condo was exactly as pictured and check in was super easy however communication was lax. Communication with PP management could have been more attentive. When we arrived we had no idea where to park, it wasn’t included in the info, just that we had to check in with the office to pay 65, which is not open 24/7. Quick text and figured it out. The patio table was covered in kids paint and the refrigerator was not cleaned out. I reached out to management with no reply. It was easy enough for us to clean it up and move on. Recommendations for management: front door and possibly the hallway as well as the kitchen all need rugs or runners. Bedrooms and baths could use rugs too - The sand from the beach/city tracks in and the tile floor is not forgiving at all (sound). They do supply a vacuum and it got used a lot. The rugs could help the echoing in the condo/building as well, it was very loud throughout the whole building. If you dropped a toothbrush you could hear it across the building. The bedding is lightweight - recommend bringing extra blanket or turn the temp up on the thermostat. I read this in other reviews and took their advice and they were right. All in all our stay was AMAZING-would stay again. Onsite staff is wonderful. Outdoor pool is not heated. No ramp to beach, stairs only. View is perfect.
