Stay in a home that evokes the Golden Age of Hollywood with its palm studded gardens, fountains, alfresco dining options and more. Interior is professionally decorated with all new furniture, rugs, linens, beds and more. Living room features coved ceiling & large picture window that overlooks the lush front garden. Well-designed gourmet kitchen includes stainless appliances & charming breakfast inglenook. House includes full laundry with new LG washer & dryer.

Provence-style gardens include covered dining loggia for alfresco dining, decomposed granite pathways, fountains & established plantings w/professional outdoor lighting throughout.

Property is fenced & hedged w/automated driveway gate offering security & privacy.

Convenient to West Hollywood shopping, restaurants as well as Melrose District boutiques. Conveniently located a short 30 minute drive or less from all the major movie studios and streamers.

Entire house and garden is available to guests. (Please note that the guest house and garage at the rear of the property are off limits to guests as they house our property manager.)

Thank you for your feedback. When this concern was first raised, we had the property inspected by a licensed pest professional the same day. The inspection found no live bed bug activity in the home, including the bedroom used during this stay. As a precaution, we also had the entire home professionally treated, and we shared all documentation with Vrbo. Guests before and after this stay reported no issues. We take cleanliness seriously and are happy to answer any questions through Vrbo.

Charming place with lovely back garden. Host was very responsive to questions. We walked to restaurants and shopping on Sunset. The turn into the driveway is tight so take your time.

House was comfortable and accommodated us well for family gatherings. Centrally located to shopping and tourist spots. Everyone loved the kitchen nook! Only challenge was that it is located on a busy street and navigating the tight turn into the driveway in a minivan was difficult, and it could barely fit through the gate. Property manager was very helpful and accessible.

Great location for access to The Grove, WHollywood restaurants on Melrose Ave, Beverly Hills, and most importantly, college drop off at USC! Owner was very communicative upon our arrival with questions we had.

We loved this property. The layout was excellent for a family of four; each bedroom was comfortable and well-furnished; very accessible kitchen. The backyard oasis is amazing. The owner called once to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed which was nice. The location is outstanding; maybe a 2 minute walk from melrose and very close to the sunset strip. We would 100% stay here again.

Great stay with my family! Everything that we were looking for. The parking is a bit tight because of the narrow gate but that's literally the one tiny slight inconvenience in an otherwise terrific stay. Will hope to stay again!

I've owned 816 N. Crescent Heights since 2007 and have leased the property most of that time. I have a long history of working with many happy tenants. I've only recently switched to short term rentals, but it is a beloved property that has been updated and well maintained, ensuring guests will be comfortable and happy.

The neighborhood is an ideal location with its proximity to streamers, networks and studios. Netflix (10 mins), FOX , Sony, Warner Bros. Discovery, Disney, NBC Universal -- all are a 30 minute drive or less from the house. For arts lovers, the Pantages, Hollywood Bowl, Ahmanson Theatre, Mark Taper Form and Dorothy Chandler Pavilion are near by. The Academy Museum, LACMA and Petersen Automotive Museum are 10 mins away by car.
