We stayed here for 3 nights with our two kids and had a wonderful experience! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and kid-friendly. We especially loved having access to the outdoor pool—it was a great way for the kids to have fun and relax. The location was convenient, and the condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the BEST stay ever! The property was clean, spacious and had all the goodies you would need in the kitchen! Our host Dave was attentive, and communicated with me throughout our 10 days there! Thank you so much for a flawless vacation stay, the place is beautiful!

Beach Trip

Very nice property less than 10 minutes from Rehoboth Beach. Host was very prompt with answering any questions or concerns. Lots of restaurants and stores close to the VRBO.

Communication was great, and check in was easy. Did not use, but appreciated the K cups available for guests.Condo was not completely clean - bathroom mirror had spots all over it, floor felt sandy and had dust bunnies along the wall, and porch floor was dirty and had trash on it.Lamp in master bedroom was unable to be plugged in and used due to distance from outlet. Lighting in condo is either harsh overhead daylight lighting, or dim lamps. Headboard in master is not attached to frame properly.Place would be 5 stars with better lighting and a better cleaning service.

Lots of stairs!! Nice patio, clean. Not well appointed, no kitchen towels, 1 hand towel for each bathroom for 10 day stay. Not enough paper towels - Not even 1/2 roll. No hand soap in bathroom. Not enough dishwasher tabs, I know these are small things. We stay in a rental every few months for the last 2 yrs. This was by far the least well supplied.

I am very sorry to read this review. We reached out multiple times during your stay to check in only to not receive any communication back (not even upon checking out). The listing shows and states is on the top floor without an elevator so I am not quite sure why steps were surprising. Also, regarding the "appointments", we provide a starter pack, per our listing, to all guests. That includes hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, etc. This is meant to be a STARTER PACK. It is not intended to last your entire stay and is there as a courtesy. We also provided 30 K cups as a courtesy and a tote bag as a gift to hold these items. We work incredibly hard to maintain our beautiful units and be transparent about what is included. Your review is incredibly bothersome especially given the lack of communication around anything at all during your stay. The only time you communicated to us was when you asked us for the wifi password, we responded within minutes stating its in the guidebook that we sent, you stating you didnt receive it, then correcting yourself saying you did.

Dave will provide you with a helpful guide weeks prior to your arrival. Unit is well-maintained and in a nice complex. Close to stores, restaurants, and activities. Adjacent to Coastal Highway, so everything you need is right there but just be prepared for traffic to beach at busy times.

Our family had a very nice stay here! The check in process was smooth, the property was clean. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool, which is a nice amenity. Dave was also very responsive.
