Our property is accurately advertised as a walk-up apartment, including its floor location and stair access. We believe guests should carefully review the listing details before booking to ensure the accommodations meet their expectations. Our pricing is intentionally competitive for the Long Island City market. For perspective, nearby hotels such as the Hilton can charge upwards of $500 per night for accommodations with elevator access and hotel-style amenities. We offer a more affordable alternative while maintaining comfort, convenience, and an excellent location near public transportation, restaurants, and Manhattan. We do acknowledge your concern regarding the check-in confirmation and appreciate you bringing the refrigerator’s cosmetic condition to our attention. We are pleased that you ultimately felt comfortable in the neighborhood and appreciated its convenient location. However, we believe a property’s rating should reflect the accommodations as advertised, rather than amenities that were never included or promised. Thank you again for staying with us.
