The lovely studio that has comfort and practicality in mind. Large 65 inch TV, fast internet, Brand new furniture, and a lovely bathroom. The Bed has a twin bed pull out underneath for and the sofa does pull down and turn into a bed for additional guests.

Also 5 minutes from Queens Plaza, Queensboro plaza and 39th ave train stations.Long Island City historic district of Dutch Kills presents a very unique space built on foundations of comfort and practicality. Clean, spacious accommodations; convenient to all

The property is close to many subways, so it was super convenient. Check-in was easy and the property was well-stocked and spotless. There isn't much of a view, but I wasn't really expecting one anyway. I'd stay here again.

Great stay in LIC

This property was just right for me to visit my daughter in Astoria. Comfortable bed, well-appointed kitchen (although needs bowls!) and bath. Location was excellent for my needs and public transportation was super convenient, both subway and bus. Plan to stay here again on my next visit!

Great stay and location

This property was neat and clean, it has all the utensils required for cooking. The location is great! Near supermarkets, bars and gyms. I will be staying here again on future trips.
