Everyone was very responsive. The location is great and for the most part the loft was in decent condition. I feel like it needs a good deep steam clean. The furnishings and rugs had stains and the bed linens were not very nice.

Perfect stay

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! The location is absolutely perfect—just a 10-minute walk from everything in Old Town. The space itself is stunning: beautifully designed, spacious, and super comfortable. If you’re thinking about booking, do it—you won’t regret it!

Best VRBO in scottsdale

This loft is beautiful with salt ceilings and gorgeous kitchen, beautiful bedrooms lots of deck Pace. Everything was wonderful better than when we rented biggest states elsewhere in Scottsdale. Location is amazing who walked everything no reason to have a car super unique really worthwhile for a VRBO. We strongly recommended.

Despite some niceties like the great location and spaciousness, a number of issues nearly ruined my stay. The noise was an ongoing problem (street noise from 5am garbage trucks on multiple days, construction noise nearby, and loud bar music on Friday night). The beds were fairly hard and uncomfortable, and it took a long time for the hot water in the showers. The biggest issues were caused by poor property maintenance and pre-check-in procedures. The property was not well inspected or serviced before our arrival, as evidenced by: (1) The large sliding glass door to the balcony (overlooking Marshall Way) was broken and would not lock; (2) In the master bathroom, the rain shower head leaked randomly (audible drips from ceiling height), and the heavy metal shower handle was loose and fell off the wall when merely touched; (3) The hot tub was leaking water onto the patio (later discovered to be from a hose left running); (4) Chipped paint from the ceiling was flaking onto the bedroom floor; (5) The toilet paper holder was loose or broken and caused the roll to fall on the floor each time it was used; and (6) Several pot lights throughout the unit flickered intermittently. Given that I rented this for a work trip and had a tight schedule, coordinating repairs the management company was difficult and frustrating. For example, I scheduled a handyman for 11am the following day who didn’t show up when scheduled and I had to leave.
