Located in the heart of Downtown, this townhouse is a perfect place for singles, couples, families & business travelers. It is centrally located to enjoy the city life all while a short drive to hiking trails, Signal Mountain, and Lookout Mountain. It is also located just a block from the Chattanooga ChooChoo, a few blocks from the Convention Center, over 2 dozen bars, restaurants, boutique shops and Warehouse Row for shopping. The city offers a good Night Life on Station Street. It is a mile from the famous Incline Railway, Tennessee Aquarium and 15 minutes drive to Rock City and Ruby falls. You are able to get around town through Uber/LYFT, cabs, bicycles and free city operated shuttle-bus service around town.
With 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1.5 bathrooms equipped with bidets and essential amenities, guests can relax in this serene and enjoyable space. Great location with easy access to restaurants and market. Roni provided excellent communication in advance of the trip and checked in to ensure all was to our satisfaction. Terrific host and property.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, convenient and classy. Excellent townhome in peaceful neighborhood. Close to restaurants and easy drive to attractions. Well appointed, very comfortable beds, and great host.

Awesome place

We loved staying in Roni’s place. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and walkable to some quality restaurants and the Chattanooga Choo Choo. We had a great time visiting Chattanooga and would stay here again in a heart beat.

Beautiful and clean. Dedicated parking off street was a great perk. The host Roni was very flexible and understanding of our need to reschedule last minute due to fam emergency. He gave some great tips for what to see and do around the area. Walking distance to some nice restaurants. The unit itself was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I definitely recommend and we will be staying at Roni's again when we return. 10/10

Chattanooga long weekend

This property was so clean and an amazing location for entertainment and food. We walked to most meals and had a couple meals in the condo. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very quick with communicating and gracious.

Great Location. Townhome was kept very neat and clean. Host is very responsive. The house is dated and in need of some updates. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect house in great location!

The house was so clean and neat, and comfortable! The host reached out to us to let us know the house was ready and that we now had his cell number if we had any questions or concerns! There had to be 20 places to eat/drink all within walking distance. There were plenty of the staple neceaaary in the kitchen including condiments ya, coffee and even a wine decanter! If we come back to Chattanooga, we will stay here again!!
