Great spot for family fun

Really great time again in Windsor Hill. Big home, clean, nicely apportioned. Would recommend to anyone needing lots of space. Kids particularly enjoyed the decor and a tv in every room (even by the pool!)

Great vacation home, 5 star service

Could not ask for a better stay. Owner was extremely responsive and answered all our questions. Unit was clean, spacious, and well appointed. I would recommend this villa to anyone. Plenty of room and a nice kitchen, back yard. Top shelf accommodations!

This property is located centrally in the Windsor Hills resort. It is .35 miles from the pool and water slides, 0.25 miles from the tennis, basketball and putting area, and 0.25 miles from the children's playground. If your party has over two vehicles, it is also only 0.25 miles from the overflow parking area. There are two king bed bedrooms with private bathrooms located upstairs. There are three other bedrooms upstairs that share a common hall bath room. There are an additional two bedrooms downstairs that share a common bathroom. The host provides starter supplies as dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, etc. For longer stays, guests may get additional supplies from Walmart which is nearby the resort. There is plenty of room for large families or groups and seating for 17 when eating. The thermostat is locked, but we all felt that the temperature was comfortable. If you choose to cook (which we did not) the kitchen is stocked with utensils needed for cooking. We have stayed at multiple locations in Windsor Hills and we would stay here again if we had a large group with us.

Lack of maintenance

When we arrived the pool water level was well below skimmer about 6” messaged owners and was asked to fill it with the hose as the pool has an apparent leak, pool deck was filthy with a stuff piled in every corner. Our stay was a total of 12 days and never had anyone come clean our pool or as much as check it even after requesting that they send someone once again to look at it. Kitchen and dining area we had to clean upon arrival and had to fight ants on kitchen counters multiple times daily. They had ant traps on counters but weren’t doing much. Pictures are very deceiving I would not recommend the house Windsor hills itself is very nice.
