These claims are wildly incorrect. In my almost 2 years of hosting I have never been left a poor review. Jerry was a guest that looked for anything to complain about from the moment he stepped on the property. The most difficult guest I have encountered in my time hosting. 1. I have never received a complaint about the bottom floor AC. I also went to the property the day after Jerry checked out and it was perfectly cold in the room he is referring to 2. Jerry sent me pictures of the sheets. There were tiny minimal stains that were insignificant and I know our cleaning service washed them before. These sheets have been thrown away 3. The toilet was broken and has now been fixed. The day he notified me of the issue was a holiday, and no plumbing service was able to come out to fix as I contacted many. There are also 3 other toilets in the house 4. The master shower drain issue has been fixed. This has never been an issue. There is also drain-o in the cabinet at all times 5. This is incorrect. Our cleaning service used the laundry machine the day Jerry checked out and it worked perfectly 6. He provided no details on wall stains. Not even sure where these are. If there are any, they are very minor

Beautiful Home & Easy communication

The Townhome is gorgeous and spacious. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Teeny issue getting in when we got there but the owner/manager resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. The rooms and house are all very clean! The rooms are huge and having a full bathroom in every bedroom is a bonus. We had family over for dinner one evening because it was so spacious and all had a great time. This is a "Highly recommend". We will definitely stay here again when we return to Houston.

Great central location!

Girls trip for the weekend! Had plans to go to a lot of different spots in the Tampa/st Pete/ Clearwater area- less than 30 minutes everywhere. You def want to have a car. House was cute, residential neighborhood. Beautiful hardscaped back yard that feels very private. nice and clean and stocked the necessities. It was great to have access to the beach items. We were able to borrow chairs and beach towels .great communication leading up to the trip and for our arrival, it was very easy to get into the house. able to communicate with the highly responsive property managers as needed. They were friendly and answered any questions, and also acted quickly to resolve things. We had one hiccup that I will mention - in case anyone else encounters this when they arrive. The pool has a vacuum that can be run automatically, you will just need to know how to turn it on, it worked pretty quickly to clean out all the leaves that were in the pool. “Heated” pool was approximately 64 degrees (it was beginning of march). It did not warm up even during the day with the sun, a tech came out to fix the heating equipment (which took no time) and let us know that the heated temp of the pool would get to 81 degrees, BUT that takes anywhere from 24-48 hours. Needless to say our stay was over before it heated up, so no pool for us. Just keep that time frame in mind for arrival, or perhaps ask if it will be turned on before your arrival!

I'm a proud Houstonian who loves this city for its culture, food, and the amazing people who call it home. I’ve lived in the Heights for years and truly believe it’s one of the best neighborhoods in Houston and that is why I started hosting, because I genuinely love sharing this awesome neighborhood with people from all over. The Heights has some of the best food, drinks, and walkable spots in the city — and I figured, why not let others enjoy it like a local?

I’m always just a message away if you need recommendations or support during your stay.

Looking forward to hosting you!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The Heights was a no-brainer for me — it’s got that perfect mix of historic charm and modern energy. You’ve got tree-lined streets, colorful bungalows, and then suddenly you’re walking into a trendy wine bar or grabbing tacos that will have you coming back for more.

What I love most is how walkable everything is. Morning coffee? Around the corner. Live music? Three blocks away. Spontaneous shopping spree? Several shopping areas nearby! The people are friendly, the food is top-tier, and there’s always something going on — whether it's a street market, art show, or a low-key night with friends on a patio.

Plus, it's super central. You can hop downtown in minutes, catch a game, or be at Memorial Park for a run. Honestly, it just feels like the kind of place where you instantly feel at home!

この宿泊施設の特徴

This modern 3-story home is right in the middle of one of Houston’s most iconic neighborhoods — but with plenty of space and privacy, so you’re not sacrificing comfort for location.

Then there’s the backyard putting green — because why not practice your short game while you’re on vacation? It’s a hit with both golfers and people who just like the idea of putting with a cold drink in hand.

You’ve also got two balconies, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. There is a private garage available for parking — plus a full kitchen, surround sound, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you need to feel right at home.
You can walk to coffee, tacos, wine bars, boutiques, and parks. It’s like city living without the hassle.

Whether you're in town to eat, explore, or just kick back and recharge, this place hits the sweet spot between luxury and livability.
