Safety First: For your security and peace of mind, we have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and a floodlight camera above the garage, both monitoring the exterior of the property. These cameras do not record audio or video inside the home. We also have noise monitors on the property that measure the decibel levels to ensure there are no parties. These monitors do not record sound, only track noise levels.

Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarms: Your safety is important to us. The home is equipped with smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm to ensure a safe stay.

Pool Heating: If you choose to heat the pool, it will be set to a comfortable 80°F. Please notify us in advance if you would like to add pool heat, and keep in mind that the heating is available for the full duration of your stay.

Guest Requirements: To ensure a smooth check-in process, we ask that you submit a photo ID and sign the guest agreement before arrival.

Pets: Please note that pets are not allowed on the property.

City Ordinances: All Scottsdale city ordinances apply during your stay, including regulations for noise and occupancy. We kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to these rules.

Property Maintenance: The property is serviced by landscaping and pool maintenance 1-2 times per week. While we can't guarantee the exact day or time of their visits, we strive to ensure everything is kept in great condition for your enjoyment.
