Beautiful gulf front view, very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the new doors and appliances. Very glad to have access to bathrooms by the pool. Parking options were ideal, lobby was secure. Would recommend the condo to others, it was a pleasant stay.

This property is perfect. The location of the unit, being a true gulf front property, with a pool and right on the beach is second to none. The decor is nice but could use some updating. Everything was clean and in proper working condition. Just wish the check in process was handled without having to go to another property.

Perfection

Condo was spotless on arrival. Everything we needed was available to meet our needs. Furniture was comfortable and very nice! And the view, stunning! Highly recommend this location! We visit this area every year and we will stay here again! Just a lovely place to go to relax and enjoy the best of Indian Rocks.

Great Place and wonderful location

We had a minor issue getting into the unit and connecting to the Wifi. The property management was wonderful and took care of everything right away.

Great location with tons of beach supplies in the unit.

Overall it was a great vacation with my family. The condo is nice but there are a few things that were annoying. The master bedroom furniture is cheap. The drawers are crazy on the dresser and the bed is on wheels so if you slightly lean on it it moves. Both toilets were either running constantly or hard to flush. I will say that the management company was on it and fixed it as soon as we let them know. There were a few other quirks that my husband and I noticed because we are in the construction industry that most will not. Overall it’s a nice condo.

Great Location

Had a great vacation. Condo and view was fantastic !! Restaurants in walking distance. JC Resorts was great to check in and hot water heater went out. They had it replaced the same day. Definitely stay here again.

Staff was very helpful and responded to issues promptly, thanks Annette.A couple of issues for future tenants, replace small kitchen appliances, I.e. coffee maker and toaster, very poor shape and not sure the last time they were cleaned. The master bath shower has 0 pressure, need to remove the current handheld unit and have a normal head installed, probably will not reduce the pressure as much. Alternatively the 2nd bathroom is fantastic!The unit was not very clean, I’m sure it is much cleaner now after my wife has been through it. Thank you

Our condo #304 was nicely appointed and offered us an outstanding view of the Gulf from the master bedroom and the family room. Our main complaint was a very soft bed in the master bedroom which gave both my wife and I 7 uncomfortable nights of sleep. The patio was large enough and comfortable but the floor darkly stained or discolored. Hopefully the owners can purchase a firm mattress because we would love to come back next year.

Condo was located in a great location! It is basically in the middle of 2 public beach access’s. This meant that there were less people in this stretch than to the left and right of us. Loved the touch of having beach accessories available to use during our stay! My only suggestion would be to have some of the more comfortable chairs. From this unit, we enjoyed a great sunset view every night and the moon gave an awesome experience in the early morning. Also, we saw dolphins many times and we even were in the water twice when a manatee swam past us. Never would have imagined seeing either in such clear/calm water.

Great Stay

Location cannot be beat. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants. Unit was clean and well equipped. Owner I provided beach chairs, beach towels and other beach toys. Watched beautiful sunsets over the gulf right from the balcony. This place is paradise.

Everything You Need

We were fortunate to check in early for a much needed rest after a very early flight. The condo was nicely furnished with everything we needed for a relaxing week. The one thing I might suggest is to just leave the welcome packet in the condo. Driving to another location to check in and then return the keys was a bit out of our way to/from the airport. With the digital keypad, there was no need for the keys. Otherwise, we had a pleasant experience.

Exceptional Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the pleasure of staying two weeks in this lovely condo. The views from the balcony were amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. It was spotless upon arrival. It would have been nice to have more comfortable balcony furniture but that was minor. It was a pain to have to drive to another property to pick up and drop off the keys especially when there are electronic locks for the lobby and condo doors. Angela was very quick to resolve a few problems. We wanted to book this condo for next year, however, we were sad to see that all of March 2024 was already booked. The only availability was for a unit on the side of the building but we come for the beachfront view. Keegan’s Seafood and TJ’s Italian Cafe were within walking distance and both were excellent. We hated to return to cold and dreary Ohio! Thank you for a great vacation!

The condo was great but the check in process was not.

The check in process was not great! Once we received our keys we couldn’t get into the property main door. We were never given the door code but thankfully a resident helped us get in. The property was beyond great but maybe streamline the check in process better.
