Rental manager aattention to property

The unit was as advertised. When we had an immediate issue the Rental Manager promptly responded. That said the Manager needs to pay better attention to the routine matters, that is, light bulb replacement, synching the TVs with the cable boxes, the imbalance of the A/C throughout the unit, dish washing liquid and auto dishwasher detergent to meet a 3 week stay. If these matters were routinely addressed, 5 stars would be rightly earned.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and beachfront. Plenty of towels and a well-stocked kitchen (besides not having cookie sheets). It would be nice to be able to check in without driving to a physical location for check-in, but it wasn't too far. There was someone on staff who cleaned the common areas daily. The pool is small but the kids loved it. My biggest complaint is the walkway to the beach. It's these large square pavers that are not connected and stick up, making it nearly impossible to pull a cart or wagon. My MIL needed a beach wheelchair and this path was very difficult to get the chair to the beach. Another issue was that the bedrooms did no it cool off nearly as much as the main living space, so we had to sleep with doors open or it would get very stuffy and hot. Curtains on windows would help keep all of the lights from the building next door as well as outside lights from flooding in the window at night. The beach equipment left was nice, but not usable as it was all rusty and in disrepair. Having beach towels provided was great! The location was fantastic, being within walking distance to several restaurants. Management was quick to respond to any issues my family in a different condo had, and they made accommodations for early check in as best as they could. Overall, we would stay here again but strongly encourage the building management to fix the path to the beach.

Wonderful spot and very comfortable condo

We have been vacationing in this area for quite some time. This is the first time we stayed at Hamilton House. We were very pleased with how nice the condo was!! Exactly as described and pictured. The beds are super comfy too. We were so excited to see there were beach chairs in the closet!! Plenty of bathroom towels and even beach towels! The balcony was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunsets!! We will definitely consider staying here again!

Love the building's location and this condo was very 's great that the balcony was over a grassy area rather than being over the pool, making for a quiet location. The bed rooms were very nice and everything we needed for our stay was available. Love that great restaurants like Guppy's and Keagans are just a walk away and love that we have. choice between the beach and pool.

my stay at JC Resorts

Reviewer Comments: I stayed here last year, and it was amazing.this year I was a little disapointed are bedroom sliding glass door would not lock because it was broken. also every time we opened the screen door off the bedroom and front room it fell off, we had to keep putting it back up. I did call the office about it, and they said they would send someone to fix it but that never happened.also, the stairway to get upstairs the lock would never open so I had to send someone up the elevator to come down the stairs to open the door for me I am unable to take the elevator, so my only way up was using the stairs.then our last day staying there we had a maintenance guy walk into our condo he knocked but only waited a couple of seconds before he entered, and I had my young teenage daughter there that he walked in on.which I dont understand why he came that day to change the filter because the next morning we had to checkout by 10am and the next group of people would not be checking into 4:pm so why did he not wait to change the filter the next day when no one was staying there?

Great location right on the beach

Very good property right on the Gulf front with spacious balcony. Beds extremely comfortable. Problem with after hours check in promptly resolved by on call staff. Unfortunate issue with air con again resolved by property manager as quickly as was possible. Overall recommend this property and JC Resorts.

Indian Rocks Beach

The location of the property was perfect. Very short distance from the beach which was nice and close to many great restaurants. The unit was also nice and spacious. We loved how great the views of the beach were right from the master bedroom and beds were comfortable. We did have some issues though. The rooms was not cleaned well. There was little black hairs all over the master sink counter and faucet where the previous guest was shaving in the sink. The dryer was so full of lint when I opened it fell out onto me. There was black gunk caked up on the faucet in the kitchen and in the master bathroom,this was not the case in the hall bath.The kitchen table was not clean and there were dirty dishes.I spent over an hour cleaning when we got there. I did call and report the conditions and I was told the head of house keeping would be calling me however I never received that call. The elevator went out during our stay which was a pain to carry all of our things up and down the stairs however not a huge deal. The unit was right above the stairs to which everyone had to use now that the elevators were no longer working. The door to the stairs slams and makes a VERY loud noise which we could hear from the bedroom and it did make it difficult to sleep with the constant slamming of the door. I did mention the cleaning issues again at checkout and we were told that they had just hired 3 new cleaning people and that they would have a talk with them. Another guest parked in our spot so

Across the street there is an Italian restaurant (TJ's), pizza joint (Chicago Jaqx), seafood restaurant (Keegan's) and about 1 to 2 blocks away a locals bar (Hurricane Eddies) and small grocery/convenient store. Lots of other restaurants and shopping up and down the road. Had to make a few phone calls before check in to verify some info and everyone I spoke with was professional and very friendly. Key codes for all entries. There were 6 beach towels and beach toys, a couple of chairs and small umbrella to use in one of the closets, no cooler, although we brought our own collapsible one. Well stocked kitchen, provided small bath soaps and some starter TP. It's really nice to have ocean/beach view from the primary bedroom as it shares the large balcony. Plenty of storage space in the drawers and hangars in the closet. Great shower in the primary bath. We spent a lot of time on the balcony gazing at the beach/ocean. Would stay here again. Enjoy!

A Great Indian Rocks Beach Stay at Hamilton House!

Great beach view and location.

The condo was as described. We had a great view of the beach and it was just steps away. All of the amenities were great. We even found a few new favorite restaurants within walking distance.
