Great Condo With Everything!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in this condo! It had everything we needed. We actually packed way too much because our room had so much of what we brought from home. The location from the room to the pool and the ocean were so convenient. We went to many new restaurants that were very close to the location. The only thing that could be improved was outside the balcony, a lot of our view was blocked by a big tree. If that was trimmed down we would have been able to see the beach perfectly! Overall, we highly recommend this condo!

Amazing!

The condo was clean and well stocked. We did have a bit of an issue with the master bath having a smell but maintenance came promptly within 10 minutes to take care of the issue. The location is fantastic. A lot within walking distance. The area is laid back and very scenic. The managers were very friendly and kind. The views are gorgeous! And the sunsets are breathtaking. Cant say enough about just how beautiful they really were. It was our first time staying in Indian Rocks Fl but it will definitely not be our last! My family had the best vacation and can't wait to go back.

Relaxing stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a nice relaxing vacation after Christmas. Condo was clean, beds were comfy, loved the view of the beach and sunsets. There was a tree that partially blocked the view, but knew that going in, still was not a deal breaker. Would have liked a bench /stool in the master shower to make it easy to shave legs, dry ingredient measuring cups, (or at least 1/2c instead of 2/3c) maybe more full size glasses, but those are personal preferences and did not impact my stay. Staff and maintenance were very friendly and forgiving when I thought our keypad did not work- I did not lock it when I left, and was not giving it time to unlock when I kept trying. Overall, had a great stay, and will try to stay here again if we come back to the area.

Beautiful condo on the beach!

This was a beautiful condo! Super clean and fairly well stocked! The location is absolutely perfect. Gorgeous ocean views. Wonderful nearby restaurants and a lot to do with the family! The sunsets are stunning! The only downside we found with this rental were the beds. Mattresses were old and extremely uncomfortable and the king bed had a fitted sheet that was way too small. We were also hoping for some more cable options like HBO or the ability to stream Netflix on the tvs. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

lovely place,but the housekeeping service could be better,we had to clean up a little when we arrived ,through no fault of owner ,just the service they use,other than that and the overgrown tree out back place was amazing,owners were very kind and helpful,we always try to leave it as we found it and left any pool toys for next guest

Beautiful condo

Quick communication when i need to adjust my booking dates and had late arrival on check in day. Very beautiful condo with lots of beach chairs and toys. Very short walk to the beach and access to pool. Only downfall to this unit compared to others in Hamilton is a very large tree blocks most of tge beach view. Will be back!

Great Family Vacation!

We enjoyed the condo. The pool and beach was never crowded. Both were quiet & family oriented! We saw tons of fish, dolphins, sea turtle nests. Walk to beach was short! We will definitely be back.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway with a Few Minor Inconveniences

Overall, it was a wonderful experience.Pros:Location: The property is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.View: The beachfront view is simply stunning.Cleanliness: The property was very clean upon arrival.Comfort: The beds were comfortable, which made for restful nights.Amenities: There was plenty of beach equipment, including toys, four decent beach chairs, and an umbrella. Beach towels were also available for guest use, which was a nice touch. Additionally, they provided two box fans, which were very useful.Pool: While the pool is small, it was adequate for our needs.Cons:Linens: We wished there had been extra linens available for the couch.Thermostat: The thermostat was locked at 70 degrees, which may not be ideal for everyone.TVs: The TVs are a bit dated and not smart TVs, so we couldn't stream services. However, cable is available.Check-in/Check-out Process: The check-in and checkout process was cumbersome. It required driving to another location to pick up and drop off keys, which only accessed the lobby doors if the code didn't work. We never used these keys as we could also access the building via the staircase if needed.Overall, the stay was pleasant and the location made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. A few updates and changes could make it even better.

Loved the marvellous view of the sea. Quiet,condo clean and comfortable. Master bed too high for us, a step would have been appreciated. Also a few basic cooking things ex. Sugar, etc. Otherwise had a wonderful holiday and would recommend the “emplacement”

Our family enjoyed our stay. The only improvements I would add would be to have a wagon for beach items, beach chairs in working order for adults, and a cooler. Also, plastic plates and cups for dining on the patio would have been nice. But, those are small details. The rest was fantastic!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Haven't been on vacation in many years and was so grateful to have such a wonderful experience because of our vacation rental! It was so cozy and very clean! The cleanliness is #1 of importance for me and they had the place taken care of. The location was perfect..right on the beach with a beautiful ocean view (with the perfect balcony to enjoy sunsets/sunrises)! The pool was nice and never too crowded. We really loved the large space of the condo, and the large master bath shower was really nice. The air conditioning worked wonderfully and we were so grateful for that! It was nice to have extra blankets in the condo, as well as other random items like games and books.If I looked back on this vacation, I wouldn't think about any of the negatives but there were a few things to possibly improve but not necessary.For us, the bed was very uncomfortable and had a lump in the middle. I had a lot of back pain and trouble staying asleep because of it. The couches are a little older and therefore a little uncomfortable but not too bad! I think something to consider upgrading in the future though.The one thing that kind of annoyed me is that since we are supposed to wash any towels we use, I feel there should be at least one laundry pod provided. People would take advantage of a whole bag/container being provided, but to provide at least one or two would be super helpful. Not a negative, but I think adding a pizza cutter to the kitchen would be really nice for future visitors. Overall, an amazing stay and I would absolutely recommend to everyone!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hamilton House. Unit 102 worked great for our family of 5. 1. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable (after some shifting of pillows to fit our needs), bathrooms were clean. 2.The patio furniture looks newer that what is seen in the pictures, so that was a nice surprise. 3. The nearby restaurants and access to things we needed (band-aids, fingernail clippers, eggs) was excellent. We used Shipt for our grocery and alcohol needs but also were able to get things last minute. We enjoyed multiple restaurants located across the street. Everyone at those establishments were very kind and pleasant. The Indian Rocks area seems to be very friendly! 4. The pool is small but it never seemed too small for all who were using it. The families there were all very sweet and around the same age as our kids, so it was fine. I loved how close the water is to the condo. it isn't a long walk in the sand. My complaints did not have a negative effect on our overall stay but may work noting for others: 1. There was garbage outside along the side of the far stairwell (closest to the street) for the whole week and it was overflowing and obviously not pleasant to walk by or see on our way to the nearby restaurants. 2. The elevator was broken for most of the week we were there and after it was fixed we saw no reason to try it out. We are able bodied and only on the second floor, so that didn't pose a problem to us. The way the elevator was not ENTIRELY fixed (there was no light and they were using a glow stick for the inside of the elevator) also cemented that we would not be trying it out. 3. There are codes for the stairwell (we were told that was broken) and the pool but neither worked in a way that was seamless. The code for our door was also not exactly user friendly for LOCKING the door. I'd suggest an update of the technology for each of these areas. With all that said, we would stay here

Pleasant Surprise

We were pleasantly surprised since the moment we arrived at check-in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We walked in our condo and everything was very clean and smelled freshed all week. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms had fresh sheets and pillows, bathrooms were clean and fully stocked with towels (there's also beach towels available). Furniture is comfortable and there's a tv in each bedroom and one in the living room. The view from our balcony was amazing, outside furniture is also nice and new and you can access the balcony from the master bedroom. We were impressed at how quiet the condo was even though we were so close to the beach and the building was at full capacity (not much noise coming from the pool or other apartments). This was important to us since we had small children with us. Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher worked good for us. The pool is small but was never crowded, very short walk to the beach, and there was some beach gear in the closet if you missed bringing something like a swimming vest, toys, chairs, etc. We loved that we were walking distance from some of our favorite restaurants and that Indian Rocks doesn't feel crowded and busy as Clearwater. Overall, great experience and would definitely stay in this condo again!

Great view and beach access!

We loved or view of the gulf, sunsets, and beach access. The amenities outside the pool area were good! We were sad not to have a gas grill for our dinners. The pool is nothing special and didn’t have shade or table seating with umbrellas. The condo was just ok. It really needs a deep cleaning, a few more essential items in the kitchen like Pam spray, salt and pepper, foil and table spoons. The furniture needs to be updated to something that is easy to clean. The sliding glass door tracks need to be cleaned out and the outlet needs to be addressed. All in all we enjoyed our time on the beach with our friends.

Great location

Apartment needs some love. Hopefully improvements will be made. Kitchen was well equipped.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a beautiful location. Can hear the water from the master bedroom. The beds are firm just like we like. We had an issue and the property management company responded quickly and took care of. Overall is was a very nice week.

Perfect Location

Was a retirement celebration for my recent retirement. Love the Indian Rocks Beach area, a lot more laid back than surrounding areas/beaches. Restaurants, beach, shopping all within walking distance. Condo was recently updated and clean, had everything we needed including beach accessories, and beautiful views of the beach and sunsets. Definitely would stay here again !
