Respect for Neighbors & Community
We ask that you be considerate of our neighbors to maintain a peaceful environment. Enjoy conversations, dinners, and ambient music with your loved ones, but please keep noise levels within acceptable limits: 75 dB during the day and 70 dB at night. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Parties and loud disturbances that violate neighborhood rules are strictly prohibited. If such activities occur, we may ask you to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued.
Maintenance Access
To maintain the pool and garden in optimal condition, our trusted pool cleaner and gardener may need access to the property. We strive to schedule these visits during periods when guests are not present; however, please note that the property cannot go more than four days without essential maintenance. If you prefer privacy during these visits, please inform us in advance so we can discuss and accommodate your preferences.
Energy Savings
Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights and the A/C when not in use or when leaving the villa. This not only reduces our environmental impact but also helps keep costs low, allowing us to pass on savings to you.
Security & Safety
Clearly state that guests must lock all doors and windows when leaving the property to ensure safety. Specify that the property's access code should not be shared with anyone outside the reservation. Additionally, remind guests not to leave valuables unattended on the property
