We are Modern Midstay, a Denver hospitality company, that owns & operates 50+ furnished apartments in City Park, Cheesman Park, Cap Hill, and Wash Park.
We offer 1 to 12 month furnished rentals for travel nurses, relocations to/from Denver, remote workers, and others exploring the city for a few months.

The Space:
This is one of four apartments in a beautifully converted mansion 4-plex that’s common in Denver’s older neighborhoods. It has a great mix of old-school charm as a beautiful red brick building with hardwood floors, broad windows and a modern style with great interior design, renovated kitchen and bath, and comfortable and stylish furniture.
This Unit 1 is the largest unit on the first floor with a front and back entrance. There’s a grassy front yard and a fenced in backyard. Shared laundry is in the basement.

* 1 block to City Park and 5 blocks to Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens
* Walk to restaurants, coffee, retail, and music on Restaurant Row (17th Ave) and Colfax
* 4 minute drive to Sprouts Farmers Market, Ideal Market, Whole Foods & King Soopers
* 8 minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District
*8 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi
* 30 minutes to Red Rocks. 1 hour 30 minutes to ski resorts
* Nearby hospitals: 4 minutes to St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose. 20 minutes to UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO
Guest Access:
PARKING: 3 first-come-first-serve parking spaces in our parking lot in the backyard off the alley. Only 1 car per apartment in the lot. Street parking is free and available on our block.
LAUNDRY: Shared, free laundry is in the basement. Access it externally from the backyard stairwell for all units except Unit 1, which has stairs to the basement from inside the unit.
HEATING & COOLING: Host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans.

PARKS: City Park is 1 block away and Cheesman Park is 6 blocks away
COFFEE: St Mark's Coffeehouse or Weathervane Cafe are right down the street
RESTAURANTS: Restaurant Row, the stretch of 17th Ave (our crossroad) running from Broadway to Gaylord, is lined with cafes and great restaurants and bars.
Dos Santos, White Pie, Humboldt Kitchen + Bar, Olive & Finch, Beast & Bottle, Tacos Tequila & Whiskey, Pho & Bar, Denver Biscuit Co, Vine Street Brewery and Illegal Pete's are several of our favorites.
WELLNESS: Several fitness and yoga studios are within a short walk, including the massive Carla Madison Rec Center, which offers a great $16 month-to-month membership.
MUSIC: 3 of Denver’s best venues - the Fillmore Auditorium, Ogden Theatre and Bluebird Theater - are walkable from the apartment.
DOG PARK: The Carla Madison Dog Park is one block away.
GOLF: After four years and a $46M renovation, the City Park Golf Course is now open and right around the corner.
OTHER FUN: The Denver Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Museum of Nature and Science, and retail therapy along Colfax are all within walking distance. Quick Uber to downtown Denver, RiNo Arts & Brewery District, Cherry Creek Shopping District and the sports stadiums/arenas.
Getting Around:
The property is an easy 30 to 40 minute Uber from the Denver International Airport. You're a 10-15 minute Uber ride to anywhere in the city. Check out rtd-denver .com or the RTD My Ride app for the bus and light rail routes and schedules.
Other Things to Note:
LEASE: Per Denver's leasing rules, we require a lease agreement that we'll e-sign with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay.
PET RENT: We are dog friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $3/dog/night. Please add your dog to the reservation, so VRBO can collect the pet rent. Pet rent for second dog (if approved) will be collected separately.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We have a guest manager and a property manager who manage over 50 apartments and guests across central Denver. Our team is available during business hours and outside them in case of an emergency.
