Beautifully remodeled 100 year old, fully furnished beach cottage offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, parking 3 cars, features sweeping panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and lots of coastal charm. Located in a residential area of the boardwalk between 8th and 9th streets with full time neighbors, this is a beach house is available for monthly rentals only.
Lease rate will be $20,000-$30,000 depending on length of stay and timing. Please contact agent for additional information or to view.
